Monday – Thursday Position Summary The Operator 1 is responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved in the manufacture and assembly of medical devices.

This role includes setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Essential Functions Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work on various assembly lines including cartridge filling, applicator assembly, and packaging operations Adhere to all GMP requirements and manufacturing procedures Build products according to production schedules using hand tools and small power tools Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications and tolerances Assist Manufacturing Engineering with equipment maintenance Support R&D builds Maintain organization and cleanliness of production areas Ensure a safe work environment is maintained at all times Support FDA, ISO, and CMDR compliance requirements Perform inspections, tests, and operations to ensure product quality Perform cleaning duties in Cleanroom and packaging areas per cleaning schedules Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualification Guidelines High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Level I: 6 months to 3 years of directly related experience Level II: 3 to 5 years of directly related experience Level III: 5 or more years of directly related experience Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts, practices, and procedures Effective communication skills Ability to read, write, and interpret English specifications and perform basic math calculations Ability to use measurement tools such as microscopes Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-oriented with the ability to rotate between tasks and responsibilities If you are interested, please reach out to Chin Yang at A-Line Staffing .
