The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Operations to serve as the in-house technical authority on the UPS, power distribution, and emergency power systems that underpin 100% uptime. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for all UPS systems, including preventive maintenance, firmware management, diagnostics, module-level repair, and full system commissioning.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain critical electrical infrastructure including switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), static transfer switches (STS), PDUs, RPPs, generators, and battery plants.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in critical power systems, with a strong emphasis on UPS field service, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with UPS platforms from major OEMs such as Schneider Electric/APC, MGE, Eaton, Toshiba/Mitsubishi, Vertiv/Liebert, or equivalent manufacturers.
• Deep working knowledge of power distribution systems including switchgear, transformers, PDUs, RPPs, bus duct, and battery systems (VRLA, lithium-ion).

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration platforms. This role requires deep expertise in LLM-based architectures, distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.

As a technical authority, you will guide enterprise clients through their Agentic AI transformation, from evaluating AI frameworks and communication protocols to deploying scalable, production-ready AI automation solutions.

You will work at the forefront of GenAI platform engineering, designing architectures that power intelligent automation, enterprise knowledge systems, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Architecture & Design

• Design and implement end-to-end multi-agent orchestration systems for enterprise automation and decision intelligence.
• Define agent design patterns, including agent roles, delegation frameworks, task decomposition, and orchestration strategies.
• Architect scalable agent ecosystems with lifecycle management, monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement inter-agent communication protocols such as MCP, A2A, REST, gRPC, JSON-RPC, and event-driven messaging.

GenAI & Foundation Model Integration

• Select and integrate LLMs and foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, etc.) based on task requirements.
• Develop advanced prompt engineering and context management strategies, including:
• Few-shot prompting
• Chain-of-thought reasoning
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Optimize context window management, token budgets, and dynamic context injection for scalable production systems.

State Management & Agent Memory

• Architect stateful AI systems with short-term, long-term, and episodic memory layers.

• Key-value stores
• Graph databases
• Relational systems
• Design auditable and idempotent execution patterns suitable for enterprise governance and compliance requirements.

Microservices & Platform Engineering

• Build AI platforms using loosely coupled microservices with scalable APIs and observability built in.
• Deploy AI systems using container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI workloads including model versioning, prompt versioning, and deployment strategies.
• Promote Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and GitOps deployment practices.

Enterprise Client Engagement

• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to assess AI readiness and automation opportunities.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI system architectures.
• Provide guidance on build vs. buy decisions for AI frameworks and vendor tools.
• Produce architecture documentation, reference designs, and implementation playbooks.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or platform architecture.
• 3+ years of experience designing AI/ML systems or GenAI platforms.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent or agentic AI orchestration systems in production.
• Strong experience with agent frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• AutoGen
• CrewAI
• Semantic Kernel
• Expertise integrating LLMs, embeddings, tool/function calling, and RAG pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and API design.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with additional experience in TypeScript, Go, or Java preferred.

Rotating Equipment Engineer role supporting modular turbine packages and power generation rotating machinery through commissioning, reliability, and lifecycle optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support for rotating equipment including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and auxiliary systems
• Support modular turbine packages including installation, commissioning, integration, and performance optimization
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and failure investigations for rotating equipment issues
• Develop and review maintenance strategies, inspection plans, and reliability improvement initiatives
• Support outage planning and execution including scope development, technical oversight, and post-outage evaluations
• Review vendor drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for compliance with project and operational requirements
• Monitor equipment performance, vibration, and condition monitoring data; recommend corrective actions
• Support plant troubleshooting and provide on-site technical assistance as required
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements (API, ASME, ISO, OEM guidelines)
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance, OEMs, EPC contractors, and project teams
• Support lifecycle management including upgrades, retrofits, and technology improvements for turbine systems

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5–10 years of rotating equipment experience in the power generation industry
• Experience supporting modular turbine systems (gas turbines preferred; steam turbine experience acceptable)
• Knowledge of turbine auxiliaries, lubrication systems, sealing systems, and balance-of-plant equipment
• Experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rotating machinery
• Knowledge of vibration analysis and condition monitoring methods
• Familiarity with packaged/skid-mounted modular power solutions and OEM documentation
• Ability to travel to project sites and OEM facilities as required (typically 10–30%)
• Availability to support outages, commissioning, and critical operational events as needed
