Purpose of the position
- Over 2 years of project management or supply chain management/production control related experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with over 2 years of experience and ability to independently handle customer correspondence.
- Individuals with logical analysis capabilities and knowledge and experience in cost control are preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility / capable of problem analysis and solution / good communication skills, with experience in cross-organizational coordination / resilient / positive thinking
- Based on business order forecasts and group strategy, assess capacity gaps and plan capital investments for new production lines, projects, or equipment
- Manage the entire process of equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and acceptance, and coordinate internal and external resources
- For proposals to reduce costs according to customer needs, coordinate internal evaluations and execute follow-up tracking.
- Collaborate closely with production manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, finance, and other departments
- Education: University and above, Major: Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business English
- 2+ years of project management or supply chain management/procurement experience, familiar with consumer electronics product processes
- Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
- This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
