Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the systems engineering effortson new development, production, and/or sustainment programs, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.

• Translate customer and operational needs into system performance requirements.

• Guide cross-functional teams to define and maintain system requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification criteria for complex systems

• Perform analyses in affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human factors, survivability, vulnerability, security, certification, and product assurance to achieve mission success.

• Run design reviews and technical assessments, giving recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.

• Maintain and improve requirements management, risk/issues/opportunity tracking, tools, and technology readiness assessment processes.

• Lead the program in implementing and/or adopting the latest SE methodologies (e.g. Model Based Systems Engineering) to meet customer expectations

• Mentor, coach and advise engineers across the program in SE tools, techniques, planning and strategy.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite (no hybrid or remote options). The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Travel may be required; Domestically and/or Internationally depending on business needs.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
• 4 or more years' related engineering experience
• Prior Systems Engineering experience (i.e. system design, functional decomposition, requirements development, analysis, verification, and validation)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Level 4: 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

This person has developed skills in monitoring quality systems and laboratory related duties. QA personnel are responsible for disposition of products; this includes approval of products, packaging material, labels, as well as the hold and release of inventory. The QA laboratory technician plays a role in ensuring all products meet Food Safety and Food Quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in the sciences preferred. College coursework even if someone doesn't have a degree
• 2-3 years GMP regulated lab experience, ideally in food manufacturing
• GMP experience required, needs to know how to partner with manufacturing operations, knowing how to identify non-conformances/deviations, and how to communicate/escalate those

This position will focus on a program developing space related command and control software. The selected candidate will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the division to develop complex and highly integrated weapons systems while embracing the Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategy.

The selected individual will support system architects, engineering SMEs, and other stakeholders in implementing, developing and managing the systems engineering lifecycle for their program, in coordination with the System Engineering team and program leadership. The ability to work in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines will be imperative to this role. • Support cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet project/program commitments, including support of deliveries and customer reviews
