Position Summary
Soil Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of assigned projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. This role is responsible for overall project execution—including safety leadership, financial performance, scheduling, client coordination, subcontractor management, and quality control.
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for owners and project partners and works in close coordination with the Superintendent(s), Project Engineer(s), and leadership team to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.

Core Responsibilities1) Safety Leadership

- Maintain overall responsibility for jobsite safety in accordance with the project SSHASP and Soil Solutions Inc. standards.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements, driving incident-free execution.
- Verify consistent completion of safety planning and leading indicators, including:
- AHA’s (Activity Hazard Analyses)
- Toolbox Talks and Safety Huddles
- Jobsite safety documentation and tracking
- Participate in, and when needed lead, toolbox talks and safety huddles.
- Complete and verify daily safety reporting in company project systems (ex: Procore).
- Review jobsite monitoring tools (ex: Arrowsight), address issues immediately, and implement corrective action plans.
- Conduct routine safety walks with safety personnel and field leadership to ensure compliance and accountability.
- Ensure 811 / Miss Utility locates are completed before any ground disturbing work begins.
- Require test holes and field verification methods when needed to prevent utility strikes.

2) Financial Management & Project Compliance
The Project Manager is accountable for the project’s cost performance, billing, and contract compliance.
- Perform daily and weekly quantity tracking to verify progress and production.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports and cost detail updates.
- Utilize field productivity tools as needed (ex: HeavyJob timecard entry and production tracking).
- Interpret estimating and production outputs when applicable .
- Prepare monthly pay applications and coordinate with the client to support prompt payment.
- Identify, track, and communicate all extra work / non-contract work to leadership.
- Lead change management from start to finish, including:
- Meeting contract notice requirements
- Pricing and submitting change orders
- Supporting time impact analysis and delay claim documentation when required
- Maintaining detailed project documentation
- Review and approve payables including subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Confirm accuracy of payroll and equipment reporting and resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting / cost-to-complete reporting.
- Ensure subcontracts and purchase orders are executed on time and meet client and company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all project-specific requirements including certified payroll and workforce reporting when applicable.
- Support client participation goals for small/disadvantaged/minority businesses where contractually required.
3) Scheduling, Planning & Production Execution
This role requires strong planning, schedule ownership, and day-to-day coordination with the field.
- Lead development of the baseline project schedule (CPM) and obtain required approvals.
- Review and approve weekly look-ahead schedules and verify they align with the baseline CPM schedule.
- Lead schedule updates and submissions in accordance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate work sequencing with Superintendent(s), subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate utility requirements and provider scheduling as needed.
- Participate in constructability reviews, value engineering, and proactive problem-solving.
- Review and approve work packages for field execution.
- Represent Soil Solutions Inc. in meetings with owners, designers, project partners, and internal stakeholders.

- Ensure SWPPP inspections are completed as required and deficiencies are corrected and documented.
- Address non-conforming work quickly and ensure corrective actions are verified and recorded.
- Maintain complete project records in company systems and hard copy format where required.
- Ensure accountability for quality across all project participants, including subcontractors.
QualificationsEducation / Experience
- B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering OR a related 4-year degree in Construction or Environmental Management, plus 7+ years of related construction experience.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager on projects valued $10M+ preferred.
Relevant Construction Experience

Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expert technical review for consultant projects, including reports, contract plans and specifications for conventional geotechnical as well as dam and flood control projects.
- Provide review of consultant led design work on dam projects. Types of review may include safety inspections and hazard classification screenings, hazard classification assessments, Engineering Assessments, and contract documents.
- Work as a member of the project design team, both in-house and consultant led, to develop construction level documents for conventional geotechnical and dam projects.
- Prepare, coordinate, and oversee geotechnical field exploration programs for in-house design projects.
- Review of subsurface exploration logs and laboratory geotechnical testing results.
- Prepare and/or review design calculations required to develop geotechnical recommendations. Types of calculations may be expected to include allowable soil bearing capacity, total and differential settlements, geotechnical capacity of deep foundation systems, excavation support systems, site retaining walls, subgrade modulus for slabs-on-grade, slope stability, and pavement design (both flexible and rigid).
- Development of geotechnical engineering technical memorandums, evaluations, and reports presenting design and construction recommendations for foundations, floor slabs, site development, site retaining walls and below-grade walls, groundwater control, excavation support, and pavement.
- Perform dam safety inspections, including review of existing conditions of earthen embankments and concrete gravity structures, to verify conformance with NYSDEC dam safety regulations and guidelines.
- Perform site visits to provide technical expertise required to address issues which may be encountered during construction. Additional site visits may be required to address emergency conditions which develop.
- Provide technical assistance to other divisions within OGS D&C.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a full-time Technical Cofounder or Founding CTO to own Closai’s technical architecture end-to-end and help define the standard for order intelligence. This is a hands-on role. You’ll architect, code, and ship alongside the founder, while shaping the long-term technical vision of the company.
Compensation: Meaningful cofounder-level equity and long-term upside.
What You'll Own:
- Core backend architecture (APIs, data models, security)
- Purchase history intelligence pipelines (ingestion, normalization, enrichment)
- Universal infrastructure enabling third-party integrations
- AI-powered search, recommendations, and agent workflow

- Technical roadmap aligned with enterprise SaaS and platform monetization
Technical Skills:
- Backend & Infrastructure - Python (preferred) or Node.js - REST and/or GraphQL APIs - PostgreSQL or similar relational databases - Cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) - Authentication & authorization (OAuth, JWT, scoped access)
- Data & AI - ETL and data pipeline design - Experience with embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search - Working with LLMs or ML systems in production - Schema design for messy, real-world data - Enterprise-ready pipelines and APIs
- Product Engineering - Shipping consumer and enterprise-facing products - Performance, reliability, and security mindset - Strong intuition for user experience (DX) - Enterprise

THE PURPOSE: The Director of Sales, Off-Price is responsible for independently driving sales and gross margin for select Off-Price accounts. You will manage shipping forecasts, inventory levels, and all product needs in collaboration with key internal cross-functional partners. Building concrete business plans and strategies in partnership with the VP of Off-price to generate incremental volume and maximize all opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and margin and contribute to True Religion’s continued growth by reinforcing and strengthening relationships with our wholesale customers.
THE ROLE (what you are accountable for)
- Independently managing sales and gross margin for select off-price accounts.
- Analyze selling, present lines to the buyer, and place market and chase buys with merchants/production
- Responsible for forecasting sales and margin against LY and budget on a bi-weekly basis.
- Partner with planning on OTB and reacting to a fast-paced business model
- Negotiate and close ATS/Inventory deals daily, maximizing sales and profitability.
- Strong and constant communication line with merchants on all product needs. Constantly driving newness and elevation in all classifications
- Oversee all aspects of shipping in partnership with Customer Service. Unconfirmed orders, extensions, late WIP, oversolds, etc.
- Keep up to date on competitive selling information. Including store branching trips.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of experience in an Off- Price Wholesale environment
- Proven experience with Off-price accounts
- Strong analytical and time management skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong inventory management skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with roughly 20% travel
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Background in Off-Price Wholesale
- Experience working with TJX
- Experience with FOB shipping model
- Familiarity with Men’s and Women’s denim lifestyle
- Familiarity with Full-Circle
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:
- Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $130,000 -$140,000 + commission. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high ends of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. True Religion reasonably expects to pay within this range in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity.
