Responsibilities:

• Support the business  onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters with the development of successful and profitable programs for key products to ensure continued growth of the product portfolio – you will assist in leading new product development (creation and management) of assigned product(s) from brainstorm phase through mass production, as well as partner with leadership to define the over-arching category direction to a team of product developers. You are responsible AND accountable for progressing, reporting on, and actioning your and your team’s deliverables.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications, marrying consumer wants/needs, white space in the market, and product technologies as the primary consumer advocate.  

• Take ownership of your assigned categories’ sales performance – partnering with others in the company to identify what products are working/not working; and recommend new product opportunities to fill those gaps.  

• Lead competitive product analyses, giving your business partners insight into how Shark stacks up against the competition - and maintaining a clear lens on how we can constantly improve to make Shark the consumer’s top choice every time.  

• Be the voice of our legacy product lines: share insights and learnings from consumers and the market with Product Developers focused on NPD to ensure critical features and feedback are incorporated into next generation products.  

• Partner with SharkNinja Testing and Quality organizations to define, develop, and manage quality and performance testing procedures.  

• Act as the product “expert” for cross-functional team member questions and concerns.  
   
   
  ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:  

• 4-5+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, marketing, human factors engineering, or a related field – preferable at a consumer goods company.  

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a combination of the above.  

• A “100% on” consumer-first perspective when it comes to introducing new products/processes or improving current products.  

• A mindset geared toward building relationships across multi-functional teams, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Senior Landscape Architect / Designer

We are a high-end residential landscape firm seeking a Senior Landscape Architect / Designer to join our team. This is a client-facing role where design excellence meets relationship-building. You'll lead creative projects from concept through construction, ensuring that our clients' properties are not only beautiful, but also deeply connected to their homes and lifestyles.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients to understand their property, aesthetics, and goals, and translate those into creative, functional landscape designs.
• Lead the design process: site analysis, concepts, presentations, renderings, budgets, and contracts.
• Mentor and oversee junior designers, ensuring drawings, renderings, and presentations meet professional and brand standards.
• Support estimating with takeoffs, data input, problem solving, and value engineering.
• Present and sell design and construction proposals to clients.
• Manage construction documentation, permitting, and site visits to ensure design intent is realized.
• Collaborate closely with construction and maintenance teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Landscape Architecture and at least 4 years of work experience within a Landscape Architect/design studio.
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to link architecture, landscape, and client vision seamlessly.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and present designs with confidence.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; strong hand-rendering skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of horticulture, grading, and drainage fundamentals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  
• Pick up, pack and transport damaged and discarded goods management, and recalled products
  
• Load, pack and segregate materials and waste products
  
• Driving a Box Truck, visiting retail customer sites
  
• Segregating, packing and loading materials and waste products (inventory that is damaged or expired) for safe transportation
  
• Interacting with customers at each stop
  
• Prepare DOT shipping documents
  
• Use of a laptop, printer, handheld, and iPhone to complete tasks

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects including planning, budgeting, procurement, scheduling, safety, construction, testing and start-up. Projects will range in size from small equipment or system modifications to major new programs. Projects will include safety improvements, energy conservation, site infrastructure, buildings and production equipment. Project Manager will interface with internal Teams and external contractors, equipment suppliers, engineering firms and regulatory agencies as necessary. Project managers’ key responsibility is the safe delivery of projects on time, on budget while maintaining quality standards.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Environmental, Health and Safety best practices.
• Lead project development process from conceptual design through construction.
• Manage project design utilizing internal and/or external design resources. Challenge design development through the entire process to eliminate scope creep and over conservative design.
• Manage and update project budget through the design and final CAPEX approval process. This includes equipment quotes and sub-contractor scopes of work.
• Manage procurement process by balancing cost, quality and lead time. Ensure procurement of long lead equipment does not impact project schedule.
• Create project schedules in Microsoft Project and update on a periodic basis. Actively manage project schedule to achieve earliest possible completion dates.
• Prepare project specific safety plans that address the unique challenges and risks of each project. Work with the EH&S Team to eliminate project risks.
• Identify project critical attributes, necessary 3rd party inspections and maintain quality control document.
• Ensure that project files are complete, accurate and as-built documentation is provided to Mill.
• Manage internal and external relationships for a successful project outcome.
• Hold Project Team accountable for safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide complete and concise internal updates to project stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• BS in a technical discipline, Construction Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering.
• Advanced degree and Professional certifications are desirable.
• 15 years of progressive experience in Construction Management, Engineering or Operations, including employment in a process‐related industrial facility and/or an industrial consulting engineering design firm.
• Strong business process skills, including project management, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Must have proven project management skills and competencies.
• Strong project controls skills including budgeting, scheduling and cost reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and establish and meet financial and schedule constraints.

Job Details:

• Flexible Shifts: 10-hour shifts (8am-6pm and 12pm-10pm)
