The Professional, Data Analyst is a foundational contributor to MVP's data‑asset lifecycle, bringing together analytical expertise, data‑management disciplines, and a deep understanding of lakehouse architecture to deliver high‑quality, trusted data at scale. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders, governance teams, and technical engineers to define data requirements, document transformations, and ensure data pipelines and curated layers (bronze and silver) are accurate, complete, and aligned to enterprise strategy. What You'll Do:
Data Exploration and Analysis
- Analyze, tag, identify data assets and systems through data discovery and analysis of high-level business processes. The Data Analyst will have deep data management skills and will be comfortable querying a variety of platforms using new languages and methods.

- Work as part of the data services team on large programs, governing and shaping the delivery of data products and services.

- Ensure the end-to-end solution is fit for purpose, meets the needs of business, the agreed requirements, and are both pragmatic and supportive of the strategic architecture direction.
Data Domain Management
- Partner with governance teams and business stewards who maintain business definitions, policies, and stewardship workflows. You are a tactical team member who brings subject expertise to your accountable data domains.
- Maintain domain technical glossaries for the bronze and silver tiers, including field definitions, lineage, and transformation logic.
- Collaborate with development teams working with other areas to ensure that all data solutions are complete, operable, conform to appropriate domain business processes, and meet the business needs with the agreed quality of service.
- Ensure that metrics and monitoring of our core data domains are in place and maintained as part of our data requirements efforts.

BASIC PURPOSE:
- Create detailed cost estimates for the creation of customer quotations for injection mold tooling, injection molded products, and value added assemblies.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Estimating & Quoting
o Prepare detailed cost estimates for injection molded parts, including:

- Manages several projects at one time, having sole responsibility for large to small projects and supporting additional projects as a team member, engineering, or construction management resource.
- Works in a diverse and changing environment supporting many internal and external customers simultaneously.

- Supports the development of capital and expense budgets for the corporation.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities
- Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope
- Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating, coaching and advising
- Partner closely with other members of functional†project†teams to define business requirements
- Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
- Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
- 5-7 years experience
- Proven project management experience
- People management and team building skills
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions

We are searching for a Project Manager to oversee transportation and roadway infrastructure projects throughout Western and Central New York. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Projects typically involve roadway and transportation infrastructure such as traffic signal systems, highway lighting, fiber optic networks, and intelligent transportation systems supporting public roadways and municipal infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Manage infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Coordinate with field supervisors/foreman, crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Attend pre-construction meetings and ongoing project coordination meetings
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services
- Monitor project costs and progress to maintain schedule and profitability
- Prepare and manage change orders, project documentation, and billing
- Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
- Support estimating and bidding efforts for upcoming projects when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of project management experience in construction, electrical contracting, or related fields
- Direct experience with NYS DOT projects is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Relevant industry experience with traffic signal installation, highway lighting, and/or underground utilities will also be considered in lieu of a degree
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools
- Experience with public infrastructure or transportation projects preferred
Salary Range
- $80k-$90k + 100% paid medical coverage for individuals and families
