Our leading retail client is seeking a Finance & Operations Administrator to support the Property Coordinator, Marketing Director, and Center Management Team at Westfield World Trade Center. What You’ll Do
Finance & Administrative Operations

Design AI-Native Workflows
You'll help design product systems that use:

- embeddings

to eliminate manual recruiting work.
Drive Automation
You will constantly ask:
"Why is a human doing this?"
Then build systems that automate it.
Work Extremely Closely With Engineering
You will collaborate daily with engineers to:
- shape product architecture
- refine technical tradeoffs

- iterate with real customer feedback
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years in product management
- Experience building recruiting or HR tech products

Optomi, in partnership with a leading media organization, is looking for a Product Designer, OTT. The Product Designer, OTT will play a critical role in shaping how audiences experience live and on-demand content across connected-TV platforms. This role focuses on designing intuitive, media-rich experiences optimized for the television screen — helping viewers navigate content, engage with live news, and access video seamlessly major OTT surfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with a deep understanding of 10-foot UI design, lean-back viewing behavior, and the constraints of building across multiple connected-TV platforms.
