The Principal Product Engineer will learn the technical aspect of key product in the Andover, MA factory. The Product Engineer will be product centric technical liaison, focused on driving collaboration across work centers and all disciplines to resolve technical issues, improve efficiencies and optimize overall product yield to ensure high-quality and cost-effective products and systems. What You Will Do

The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.
The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $121,000.00 - $147,700.00
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.
In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The ideal candidate will also develop Python-based utilities to support robotic operations and collaborate cross-functionally to drive system improvements, technical innovation, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop PLC, HMI, control programs for automated packaging machinery (Rockwell, Siemens)
- Support equipment startup, debugging, and commissioning at the facility and occasionally at field sites
- Provide troubleshooting support to assembly teams and field service technicians for electrical and software-related issues and develop system upgrades, enhancements, and solutions for field-reported issues
- Collaborate with engineering and project management to support project schedules and machine build timelines
- Deliver documentation for designs as well as training and work instructions for field operation
- 3+ years of experience in automation, controls engineering, or machinery manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with PLCs (Rockwell, Siemens) and python
- Develop and maintain python utilities used in robot operation, deployment, and debug environments.

Join a high-performing sales team at FootBridge, where you will develop new business and work with clients across the Energy, Industrial, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction markets nationwide. As an account executive you will develop new business, build client relationships and work closely with the recruiting team to deliver the highest quality service. The position requires strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to develop long-term professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Strategically develop new business with potential clients in the energy industry
- Work with clients to gain an understanding of their project-based challenges
- Build lasting relationships with clients and expand business opportunities
- Understand the strategic goals, objectives and organizational structure of targeted companies
- Work with the recruiting team to deliver the highest quality resources to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven consultative sales experience required
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work an extended schedule and travel as necessary
Compensation / Benefits
- $60-70k base salary plus uncapped commissions
- Typical first year earnings of $90-100k; realistic long-term potential of $200-300k+
- Progressive commission plan up to 18% of total gross profit
