Position Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leadership and oversight of large or complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while managing multiple teams and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale or multi-phase construction projects.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost control systems.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, contract terms, and company standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $103,450 - $186,210.
