BGS is seeking an Experienced Mechanical Design Review Engineer within Government Training Engineering (GTE) in Hazelwood, MO or Oklahoma City, OK. The GTE Hardware Design team is responsible for the design and development of aircrew & maintenance training devices.
A successful candidate will have detail-oriented Drawing Quality Check Engineer mindset with strong design fundamentals, cross-discipline engineering insight, and practical PLM experience to ensure accurate, manufacturable documentation and controlled product data. This person influences design early, reduces downstream issues through clear drawings and constructive feedback, maintains reliable part and PLM records, and collaborates effectively with engineers to support smooth product development and production readiness across all GTE Training platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Review and validate engineering drawings and markups for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and specifications
- Maintain PLM user groups and actively manage part catalog records and device application data to ensure up-to-date, auditable configurations

The Thomas Jefferson University Medical Physics Division consists of 27 physicists, 16 dosimetrists, 7 physics residents, and 4 post-doctoral research fellows. The Medical Physics division has 8 locations: the Bodine Center for Cancer Treatment in Center City Philadelphia, Jefferson Hospital for Neuroscience, Asplundh Cancer Pavilion, Torresdale Hospital, Jefferson New Jersey, Cherry Hill, and Jefferson Einstein’s 2 locations. System-wide equipment includes Varian Linacs, a ViewRay MRI-Linac, and Elekta’s brachytherapy studio. Jefferson’s Medical Physicist’s lead a well-funded, highly impactful, and diverse research program. Research topics include functional imaging, AI and machine learning, multi-lesion SRS, MR-guided radiation therapy, advanced brachytherapy, radionuclide dosimetry, and physics-lead clinical trials. The group currently has on-going multiple funded projects by the National Cancer Institute, vendor funded research, as well as Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center funding. The department contains a Medical Physics Residency Program and is active in teaching the Medical Physics and Radiation Oncology residents.
Positional Overview:
Primary responsibilities for this position will include patient care consisting of external beam radiotherapy, SRS, SBRT, HDR, and other clinical services as needed. The physicist will contribute to the daily, monthly and annual quality assurance program. Clinical coverage will be at the Center City Jefferson campus as well as other locations as needed. Candidates will participate in the teaching of medical physics residents. Based on the interests of the candidate, opportunities to get involved in the advanced clinical practices at Jefferson or to contribute to/lead seminal research programs will be provided. Position SummaryOTTO WERKS is seeking a highly experienced Fabrication Manager to lead and grow our metalwork and chassis restoration department. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on early Porsche restoration (356, SWB/LWB 911), motorsport fabrication, structural repair, and concours-level metal finishing. The ideal candidate is a master fabricator with deep Porsche knowledge, leadership capabilities, and an obsession for metalwork executed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee all metal, chassis, and fabrication work for vintage Porsche restorations (356, early 911, through to 993).
- Lead, build, and mentor a growing in-house fabrication team; establish and maintain fabrication SOPs and quality standards.
- Perform and manage structural chassis repairs, straightening, and panel alignment on a Celette bench using Porsche-correct jigs.
- Execute concours-level metal restoration, including panel replacement, rust repair, hand-forming panels, and precise metal finishing.
- Design and build roll cages, seat mounts, brackets, cooling/oil hardlines, and motorsport components to FIA/club-level specifications.
- Interpret and execute OEM body measurements, prints, and structural geometry for correct Porsche restoration.
- Work closely with the Body/Paint, Mechanical, and Motorsports departments to ensure seamless integration of fabrication into full builds.
- Visualize, design, and fabricate custom sheet metal and one-off components using English wheels, planishing hammers, brakes/shears, shrinkers/stretchers, TIG/MIG welding, etc.
- Manage project timelines, material ordering, and coordination with outside vendors (platers, machine shops, coatings).
- Maintain exceptionally clean and organized fabrication spaces consistent with OTTO WERKS standards.
- Provide accurate time assessments and documentation for time-and-materials billing.
- 10+ years of hands-on Porsche-specific metalwork experience, especially 356 and early 911.
- Mastery of panel shaping, metal finishing, TIG/MIG welding, and traditional and modern restoration techniques.
- Deep experience with Celette bench chassis alignment, structural repair, jig use, and factory-correct geometry.
- Proven ability to fabricate high-quality roll cages and motorsport components.
- Concours-level restoration background with examples or portfolio required.

Additionally, the Bench Hand will:
- Complete a variety of metal finishing processes following detailed instructions in order to achieve the desired outcome as outlined in work plannings.
- Set up and operate various manufacturing process equipment (heat treat ovens, precision cleaning, broaching, polishing, and gear checking machines).
- Remove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks and other irregularities from machined parts to ensure they are in accordance with engineering blueprints, and tolerance requirements.
- Complete inspection and/or test related activities to ensure that parts are machined in accordance with manufacturing standards and blueprint specifications.
- Utilize files, grinders, scotch brite, fiber wheels, drills, and other hand tools for metal finishing and assembly.

Qualifications:
