The Role
As a *Presentation Engineer*, you’ll join a dynamic team of technologists, designers, and strategists who bring business communication to life. Your mission is to bridge the gap between data, story, and design—transforming complex ideas into compelling presentations that drive real-world impact.
You’ll be the go-to partner and sounding board for our clients, helping them sharpen their storytelling, amplify impact, and build presentation excellence across their organizations. You’ll help teams plan and execute presentation calendars, bring the best of Prezent.AI to life, and guide users in effectively leveraging ASTRID, our AI-powered communication engine.
No two days will be the same—you’ll flex between understanding audience needs, engineering presentation workflows, and enabling leaders at every level to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact.
What You’ll Do
* Partner with enterprise clients to understand their most critical communication challenges, presentation workflows, and opportunities for improvement.
* Become an embedded team member for the client, providing integral insights.
* Help teams craft and structure powerful narratives that drive influence and decision-making, from executive ready communication to messaging to the masses
* Design and build scalable, reusable presentation templates and storytelling frameworks within *Prezent*
* Be a trusted advisor—helping users learn and adopt AI-driven storytelling tools to elevate their work
* Deliver customized presentation solutions and lead pilots, trainings, and office hours to drive adoption, enable power users, and establish best practices
* Provide structured feedback loops from client experiences to our *product and design teams*, shaping the future of the platform by improving the ‘presentation brain’ for each account.
* Identify and nurture *warm leads* within existing accounts for software adoption and overnight presentation services
* Collaborate cross-functionally with *product*, *design*, and *engineering* teams to continuously refine user experience and product-market fit

Responsibilities
Rooming patients: Collecting pertinent information regarding the patient's chief complaint, family history, social history, surgical history, and medication reconciliation upon arrival for a patient visit. Telephone Interactions: As directed, completing necessary telephone communications with patients, families, pharmacies, and/or other health care facilities. Gathering information and maintaining patient information via telephone per department specific processes and policies. Administrative tasks including, but not limited to, patient check in or check out, prior authorizations, scheduling appointments, verification of benefits, and coordination of referrals and testing. Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $18.33per hour - $29.69per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. * Review and evaluate engineering plans, calculations, and specifications for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal codes, ordinances, and standards

- Interact with customer, exhibit account management skills to independently facilitate preventative maintenance, repair issue resolution, and discuss new repair estimates with customer. Coordinate work schedule as required by customers. Road test vehicles to identify cause of complaints for repairs, ensure quality of repair work performed, and deliver customer satisfaction. - Cooling Systems: Check and adjust coolant levels; Visually inspect system for leaks; Make minor repairs such as hose replacements, fan shrouds, leaking fittings; Recognize permanent antifreezes and their requirements; Use refractometer; Use pressure tester; Flush and refill systems
- Cranking System (electrical): Inspect and test batteries; Visually inspect cables and cranking motor; Clean the battery cables, connections and starter; Replace batteries; Charge and check batteries; Replace or repair defective cables
- Lighting System and Electrical Accessories: Repair minor wiring problems; Replace bulbs, lenses and simple light assemblies; Repair minor lighting problems; Replace and adjust sealed beams; Install or replace accessories such as heated mirrors, fans, spotlights
- Drive Axles: Inspect housings for leaks; Change oil and filter, if required, and clean breathers
- Driveline: Lubricate drive line; Inspect components for wear or damage
- Gas Engines-All Engines: Check and adjust oil levels; Identify unusual noises, and oil leaks
- Fuel Systems: Replace and prime fuel filter; Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc, for proper integrity and condition
- Preventive Maintenance: Proper lube techniques; Minimal tire inspection; Brake check/applied stroke; Battery check; Under vehicle check/loose components; Initial Fault code identification; All PMs (PM298) including C supplements to exclude overheads, engine brake overhauls, DPF servicing, clean doser injector, servicing ArvinMeritor unitized hubs, inspect Lece Neville alternator brushes, inspect modulator system for proper operation, inspect/adjust shift selector cable, pop test Isuzu injectors
- Steering and Non-driven Axles and Alignment: Lubricate grease fittings, check and adjust fluid levels; Check and adjust toe; Check all steering components for wear; Check and adjust trailer axle alignment; Adjust wheel bearings including replacement of wheel seal
- Suspension-Chassis and Cab: Identify makes and models; Identify normal operation; Identify and repair minor air leaks; Identify malfunctions of basic nature, broken springs, excessive wear on bushings, etc.
- Tire and Wheel Maintenance: Perform air pressure checks; Check tread depth; Identify tires that need to be changed or repaired; Perform tire P.M. checks; Replace tire and wheel assemblies; Mount/dismount and rotate tires; Perform tire/wheel checks/repairs per (TW298)
- Vehicle Coupling System (PM): Lubricate fifth wheel plate and slider mechanism; Operate slider mechanism
- Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available. Perform work in accordance with all federal/provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e. safety, DOT). Use internal and external maintenance documents
- Ensure proper maintenance of all service, safety and environmental records required to meet and/or exceed corporate, federal, state, and local government mandated requirements
- Accountable for key maintenance measurements established by company policy, related to the inspection and performance of PMs, brakes, tires, wheels, including any maintenance items directly associated with the safety of the customer

Pay Range
$128,600.00-$176,800.00 AnnualThis is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Corporate Environmental Manager will be responsible for ensuring JM manufacturing facilities are in compliance with applicable regulations, identifying and implementing programs that improve factory environmental performance, communicating environmental issues and progress at all levels in the company, and mentoring and developing factory environmental staff. This position is accountable, along with plant managers, for eliminating or reducing factory environmental violations, tracking factory performance metrics, renewing and amending environmental operating permits, leading the development of air pollution construction permits and implementing new programs to address emerging regulations.
Your Day to Day:
- Develop and implement environmental compliance systems and programs for JM's factory operations and employees
- Represent the company with state and federal agencies for air permitting and other issues as required
- Provide regulatory guidance for all environmental media to manufacturing facilities and ensure that compliance systems are adequate to track and document compliance status
- Review all major capital projects and provide environmental impact assessments
- Actively audit factory environmental performance for JM locations and ensure that audit findings are addressed and corrected where appropriate

- Effectively communicate the environmental goals, objectives, performance expectations, and metrics throughout the organization

What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental management, engineering or a related field or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years in implementing and managing environmental programs and initiatives
- Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience preferred
- Significant knowledge of federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations relating to air, water, solid waste and hazardous waste management
- The ability to develop and implement environmental compliance systems and programs for JM's factory operations and employees
- Solid ability to develop, implement and lead group environmental management programs for the JM's businesses to ensure full compliance with regulations and company requirements
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, and develop JM factory environmental employees
- Develop and implement management systems to ensure seamless leadership for JM's business environmental activities
- Solid knowledge of emission inventory development
- Solid leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a diverse team environment
- Heavy travel required (Minimum 30%)
