Moog’s Military Aircraft Group is a leader in integrated flight control solutions and actuation systems for military aircraft across the U.S. and global markets. Our Global Sustainment Engineering team plays a critical role in ensuring the performance and reliability of these systems by designing, building, and verifying the specialized equipment used in our flight control hardware.
As a Senior Design Drafter, you will:
- Contribute to conceptual design development by collaborating with Design Engineers.
- Prepare complete and often complex designs with minimal technical input, including layouts, schematics, detail drawings, assembly drawings, and parts lists for prototype and production release.
- Perform complex redesigns and repackaging of existing products through proper component and hardware sizing and selection.
- Execute engineering calculations related to sizing, performance, tolerance, and assembly.
- Select components, materials, and processes to meet design requirements.
- Design tooling and fixtures when required.
- Check and verify the work of junior drafting personnel for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Moog and military standards for design documentation.

To be considered for this role, you typically will bring:
- Ten or more years of related design experience supported by a minimum of a two-year Engineering degree.
- Extensive experience in high-performance, high-density packaging design.
- Ability to work independently with minimal technical input and develop incomplete requirements into full design packages.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, drafting standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge, Utilization and competency in Model Based Definition (MBD) is highly desired.

About the Role
The Engineering Project Manager (EPM) leads product design initiatives and oversees custom engineering solutions. This role focuses on managing new product development, ensuring successful market launches, and handling custom projects in collaboration with R&D, sales, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
R&D Project Management & Product Launch:
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of product development projects, from concept to market launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Technician with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting capabilities and experience. This position will work closely with our sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure a sound design, and seamless installation and commissioning of our fire alarm solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change management processes during project delivery

Financial Analysis & Underwriting Leadership
- Lead financial analysis and underwriting of potential acquisitions, development, and redevelopment opportunities utilizing Excel.
- Develop detailed, complex financial models used to evaluate and value real estate investments.
- Maintain full ownership of financial models throughout the deal lifecycle, including assumptions, calculations, and sensitivity analyses.

Summary
Our client, a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Senior Electrical Engineering Manager. The Electrical PM will have expertise in electrical systems including electrical distributed power generation, feeds, distribution, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power, UPS, and low voltage systems. The PE is responsible for overseeing the engineering of these systems for major capital projects and initiatives from conceptualization through programming, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, and close out.
The Electrical PM will be responsible for multiple high-complexity projects of diverse scope that require an understanding of state of the art construction techniques and a high level of expertise in electrical systems, as well as rigor in compliance, and the highest standard of care. We are seeking a motivated and experienced PMO Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful execution of all projects. This role is responsible for building and maturing PMO practices, leading cross-functional projects, and managing projects hands-on. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivery excellence, a PMP certification, and strong experience applying Agile principles.
Salary Range
$120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of 10+ Project Managers providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Develop and implement PMO standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with PMI guidelines
- Manage defined projects to meet expectations, achieve business outcomes, and adhere to quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address project risks and challenges
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project management practices
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in project management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for project teams
Basic Qualifications
- Ten (10) years of experience managing people
- PMP Certification
- Four (4) year degree or equivalent military experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Eight plus (8+) years of hands-on experience managing projects
- PMI DASM (Disciplined Agile Scrum Master), GAQM CPD (Certified Project Director)

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Project Manager with a product development background and who thrives in an environment that values bold ideas and robust execution. This person is highly organized and knows how to keep others organized utilizing project management and product management tools. Also, highly skilled at seeing the big picture of a project and able to develop and continuously improve SOPs and workflows. Can manage large volume of projects taking it from concept to NPL. Able to think out of the box to solve problems during the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Project planning, scheduling, and execution for consumer electronics product development.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate our Design Department and Engineering Team at our partner factories and any other factory vendors in organizing, and ensuring projects are meeting timelines and milestones.
- Hold accountable all teams and vendors their roles and responsibilities related to product development
- Provide guidance and support to all teams and vendors on product development issues and questions
- Manage, and continuously improve all Project Management related workflows, procedures, etc. on project management tools and SOP and workflow documents
- Communicate with our China Teams as necessary.
- Manage GS1 barcoding process
- Work closely with our Product Management personnel and factory production to coordinate NPLs.
- Work with internal teams as well as vendors required.
BOM Changes:
- Develop, improve, changes to any of our processes and workflows. Be sure our vendors know, confirm and verify any change to the specs, BOM, etc. to any of our products
Compliance:
- Continuously improving all processes related to compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure full FDA compliance
- Work with our vendors to be fully compliant with FDA guidelines
- Develop, improve and implement workflow, procedures
Project Management Related Tools:
- Work with all teams and resources to ensure the continuous improvement of any tool we use for project management: Jira, Teambition
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of project management experience in consumer electronics or related industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing a high volume of projects
Qualifications:
• PMP certification a plus.
• Fluent Bilingual Mandarin Chinese a real plus.

4. Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
5. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
6. Proven ability to juggle multiple key account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
7. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. In-depth understanding of the engineering industry, with an emphasis on construction, blueprints, engineered products, manufacturing, and inside sales.
