The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural projects. The Project Manager oversees the Project Architect to ultimately ensure the highest quality construction documents. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project schedule, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration. This position reports to the Client Executive/Principal Architect and is charged with ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget constraints in accordance PBK's quality and client service standards.
Your Impact:- Supervise and manage Project Architect and the project team to ensure high quality construction documents.

Will be working on the installation and process parameter selection for components. Operators are also accountable for the safe operation of machines as well as required documentation and verification of components. Proper loading of parts on the fixture and selecting the right program to start the EDM process are the basics of this operation.
How You'll Make an Impact
Will verify that the physical parts' serial numbers match with the serial numbers on the router, opening work instructions to ensure proper processes, tools, and methods will be used while using lifting devices to move heavy parts when needed.
Maintaining the flow and quality of parts produced and continuously performing improvement analysis.
Using hand tools, including wrenches, Allen wrenches, and screw Drivers and If needed the use of calipers will be required.

What You Bring
Evidence of High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Previous experience on EDM or CNC will be a plus.
Demonstrated mechanical skills and able to stand during working hours for long periods and read Engineering instructions.

Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a talented Taxi Crane Operator to operate our fleet of taxi cranes. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating the crane to lift, move, and position materials and equipment at job sites. This position offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and be a part of a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate taxi cranes to lift and move materials and equipment on construction sites, industrial facilities, and other locations as needed.
- Interpret load charts and work orders to determine the appropriate crane configuration and lifting procedures for each job.
- Conduct pre-operational inspections of the crane to ensure it is in safe working condition and report any defects or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Safely rig loads and attach them to the crane using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals, radio communication, or other means to coordinate crane movements.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and damage to property.

Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager provides direction to the maintenance department with specific focus on timely preventative and corrective maintenance of the facility, manufacturing, and auxiliary equipment that ensures consistent and safe operation. - Lead, Schedule, and follow through on equipment audits and complete CapEx requests, PO, Capsheets etc. to execute on plant capital requirements.

- Implement and develop Lean Daily Management (LDM) and TPM in the maintenance function. This includes identifying mechanical/maintenance leading indicators and metrics, which will measure departmental performance on a regular basis

One of our Medical Device companies is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to support the development, deployment, and sustainment of automated manufacturing systems used in the production of medical device products. The engineer will lead automation initiatives, ensure system reliability and compliance, and provide technical leadership across multiple engineering disciplines. This role supports both new equipment introduction and continuous improvement of existing automated systems.
The engineer will be responsible for delivering automation and control system solutions across the full project lifecycle, including design, programming, integration, validation, and long term support. Work will be performed in a medical device regulated environment and must comply with internal procedures, GAMP 5, and GxP Standards as the apply to the medical device industry.
Job Description:
One of our medical device companies is looking for Sr. Controls Engineer's to join their team Engineer team. This person will be responsible for providing hands on controls and automation support for various manufacturing platforms in their regulated industry. This role will focus on PLC, HMI, motion, and system integration to ensure stable, compliant, and high-performing production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting high-volume manufacturing equipment and the ability to independently own complex technical issues. This position will also perform validation of PLC, HMI, robot, and machine vision system programs.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop, modify, and support PLC programs (preferably Allen-Bradley).
• Maintain and enhance HMI applications (Wonderware, ArchestrA, FactoryTalk View or equivalent). • Lead troubleshooting of automation, motion, and sequencing issues.
• Resolve chronic downtime and performance issues using structured root cause analysis.
• Support motion systems, servo drives, vision systems, and peripheral equipment.
• Lead controls-related upgrades, retrofits, and platform enhancements.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and equipment startups.
• Implement changes through formal change control and validation processes.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and internal validation requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation and validation records.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
