This is a technically demanding, senior operational leadership role with full accountability for the safe, compliant, and profitable operation of a live biological process plant. The facility integrates anaerobic digestion, biogas handling, upgrading, and balance-of-plant systems and operates in a regulated environmental and safety-critical environment.
The Plant Manager will function as the senior on-site authority, responsible for plant performance, people leadership, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, and continuous operational optimisation.
Role Overview
As Plant Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of all plant operations, including digestion performance, gas production, maintenance strategy, safety systems, environmental compliance, and cost control.
This role requires a deep understanding of anaerobic digestion biology, mechanical and electrical systems, gas upgrading technology, and industrial maintenance practices, combined with strong leadership and financial acumen.

Operations & Process Performance

The Construction Manager for Electric Utility provides management and direction of utility construction activities. Project work includes project management, resource allocation, equipment management, and utility construction. Duties performed are associated with human resources, payroll, accounting, and administrative functions. This position supports the Construction team and works with field personnel, senior operations management, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all projects to completion on-time and within budget.
- Schedule the crews, identify and delegate the crews to start their work, review project timelines and expectations, and supervise work performance and job quality.
- Participate in the hiring process and maintain all employment related paperwork (i.e. new hire paperwork, separation paperwork, employment data changes, etc.).
- Promote a safe work environment, holding crews accountable to safe work practices.
- Determine job costs, labor, and material needed, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and interpret drawings, graphs, maps, blueprints, bid documents, contracts, proposals, and specifications.
- Identify and resolve any blueprint issues prior to and during construction.
- Identify and supervise subcontractors to perform their tasks, inspect, and/or bill any relevant personnel/contractors.
- Take responsibility for all personnel and any vehicles or equipment in their control.
- Participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers, and/or customers.

- Associate degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- 5 years of relevant Electric Utility Construction Manager experience.
- Experience within Overhead Distribution and Undeground Electric Utility work.
- 2 years in a Supervisory role.
- OSHA 30 Certification.

Position Summary:
The Regional EHS Manager has multi-facility responsibility for EHS compliance in Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Environmental arenas at locations in the U.S. This EHS Regional Manager will lead internal EHS audit preparation, create programs, policies and implement changes within EHS, and will work closely with facility management, operations directors and corporate EHS.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement actions to facilitate a strong safety culture through skilled support and employee engagement.
- Coach and guide facility operational leaders and safety representatives on the effective implementation of safety initiatives and provide practical solutions that help them achieve safety excellence.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree required in EHS discipline or related science or engineering
Experience:

Certification /License:
- Preferred ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, or progress to completing similar certifications
