A “Day in the Life” of the Account Executive
As an Account Executive, your day centers around building a network to open doors and close deals. You’ll spend time connecting with decision-makers at security guard companies, rental yards, traffic control firms, and heavy construction businesses—building on relationships you already have. You’ll research and track activity within secondary markets like campgrounds, universities, nurseries, vineyards, and scrap yards, identifying where your contacts can create inroads. About the role

- Assists with the development of work scopes and front-end documents for bidding to create clear and concise scopes of work, assists with bid processes, including participation in post-bid interviews and answering bidder questions, identifies potential contractors to bid based on project requirements and ability to perform intended scope.

This is not a junior engineer position.
This is a leadership role responsible for plant design oversight, operational execution, regulatory compliance, production efficiency, team management, and profitability.

Core Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Oversee full plant operations including used oil intake, processing, treatment, storage, and outbound distribution
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Build and lead plant staff (operators, maintenance, lab techs, logistics)
- Establish KPIs for throughput, yield, safety, and margin
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Engineering & Process Management
- Design, optimize, and scale oil re-refining processes
- Monitor chemical treatment, separation, filtration, distillation, and stabilization systems
- Manage process control systems and production data analysis
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks
- Reduce waste and maximize recovery yield
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with EPA, ADEQ, OSHA, Fire Code, and environmental regulations
- Implement safety programs and hazardous material protocols

Financial Performance
