Required:

Job Description: The State of Connecticut (CT) is seeking a Digital Accessibility Web Developer with deep experience in remediating accessibility issues across a wide range of platforms and technologies.
You will partner closely with our accessibility testers and analysts to turn accessibility audit findings into fully remediated digital experiences that meet or exceed compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level experience remediating accessibility barriers in CMS systems such as Sitecore, Salesforce, and custom web applications (HTML/ARIA/CSS/JavaScript), as well as working knowledge of AWS services, Biznet platforms, and enterprise databases.
You will be hands-on in HTML and accessibility markup remediation, working primarily within the State's CMS platforms and custom HTML environments.

About the role:
Based in the Hartford, Connecticut area, this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role calls on existing clients to nurture and grow relationships while identifying and pursuing new client opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. The Software Account Executive conducts greater than 50% of their work outside their home office (to visit local businesses).
- Identifies and secures new SaaS clients by leveraging self-generated prospecting (i.e. networks, referrals, etc.) and company-initiated prospecting programs (90%)
- Contacts assigned clients and presents opportunities for additional sales and/or extended usage based on client needs (10%).
- Executes all defined operational processes and requirements with excellence (i.e., designed cadences for client and prospect engagement, ongoing product and demo certifications, order entry requirements, centralized intake forms, etc.).
- Participates in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.

Basic Qualifications

Job Summary: As a Payroll Specialist at IEF, you will be accountable for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of multi-state payroll for salaried and hourly employees. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local wage and tax laws, maintains payroll records, and serves as a trusted point of contact for payroll-related questions. The position partners closely with the People Operations team, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Accountabilities:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule for multi-state employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, unemployment, and local tax requirements.
- Administer payroll changes including new hires, terminations, promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and retroactive pay.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, earnings, deductions, garnishments, and benefit contributions.
- Reconcile payroll reports, tax filings, and general ledger entries, partner with Finance on variance resolution.
- Coordinate payroll tax filings, W-2s, and year-end reporting with internal teams and third-party providers.
- Manage payroll audits and respond to tax notices, wage verifications, and agency inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, including overtime, paid leave programs, and statutory deductions.
- Support benefits deductions, 401(k) contributions, and coordination with benefits administrators.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all payroll and employee information.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation.

Must‑Have Qualifications
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise‑scale conversational AI solutions from design through production
- Deep hands‑on expertise with IBM WatsonX Orchestrate or similar conversational AI platforms
- Strong full stack development background using NodeJS/TypeScript and Java with Spring
- Advanced understanding of scalable architecture, enterprise data management, and integration patterns
- Proven ability to evaluate business requirements and propose technically sound, cost‑effective, and scalable solutions
- Experience leading solution delivery within SAFe Agile environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction across teams
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
- Experience with modern front‑end frameworks and UI technologies
- Advanced NLP training, Speech‑to‑Text optimization, and SSML‑based voice refinement experience
- Familiarity with analytics, data governance, and data engineering tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to emerging technologies and industry trends
Day‑to‑Day
As a Lead Conversational AI Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical design and end‑to‑end delivery of conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scalability, and performance goals. You will lead solution design discussions, participate in feature and story refinement, identify technical risks and dependencies, and recommend architectural approaches that balance functionality, cost, and long‑term sustainability. You will work closely with product, UI/UX, backend, and integration teams to align conversational experiences with enterprise systems and user needs. While this role does not involve people management, you will act as a technical leader by setting engineering standards, guiding implementation decisions, and ensuring high‑quality, user‑centric conversational solutions are delivered consistently.

Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Scaled Agile SPC
- Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC) or Certified Scrum Trainer (CST)
- Rally User and Admin experience
- RTC User and Admin experience

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Handle construction process from bid through close-out
- Handle Pre-construction and in-progress meetings with clients
- Create and track RFI's and Submittals
- Send out and track requests for proposals to multiple subcontracts prior to us assembling bids
- Create and maintain project schedule
- Coordinate meetings with subcontractors and project owners
- Purchase materials for projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ Years Commercial Construction Project Management
- Experience with Medical offices, Retail, Restaurant and Grocery is a plus
- High End Tenant Improvement experience required
- Ground up experience is a nice to have
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Project & MS Office Suite
- Contract Review and Document management
- Solid subcontractor relationships & negotiation skills
