Our Diesel Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, including diesel heavy trucks and engines. Performs preventive maintenance inspection (PMI); troubleshoots, repairs, and rebuilds major components on vehicles and equipment. Ensures accurate diagnosis and effective repair and/or replacement of components. Additional responsibilities include: 

• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. 
• Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.  
• Assists in the repair and adjustment of equipment.  
• Washes vehicles and equipment.  
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles.  
• Assists with service calls for breakdowns.  
• Perform other maintenance related work as required. 
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards. 

• 3-5+ years’ experience as class A or B mechanic 
• Computer diagnostic experience is required 
• Prior experience from waste management industry or heavy equipment/yellow iron dealership experience is a plus 
• Trade school or similar training is a plus 
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices

Our Yellow Iron Diesel Mechanics perform inspection, diagnosis, preventative maintenance, and repair of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on vehicles and equipment, primarily including yellow iron machinery, diesel heavy trucks and engines. The Technician or Mechanic is not only responsible for understanding maintenance and breakdown needs and initiating/ assigning necessary repairs, but also must be able to operate the machinery being repaired. At times, the Technician may be on call and required to assist with emergency breakdowns.

• Maintains advanced knowledge to diagnose and repair mechanical problems on heavy equipment (heavy equipment includes but not limited to: yellow iron machinery, tractor trailers, forklifts, and other diesel trucks)
• Performs repairs and assigned preventative maintenance services.
• Estimates time and material cost on vehicle repairs and requisition of new parts.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles.
• Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing vehicles, documenting part usage, and accounting for repair time.
• Reviews, completes, or assigns repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• This position will have no direct reports, however they will work in collaboration with the other yellow iron diesel mechanic on staff, although on different shifts.
• Assists Sr. Technicians in the completion of project work.

Work Environment

• Potentially hazardous work environment with many moving parts and machinery; must be alert of surroundings at all times.
• Only during breakdowns will this position be required to enter transfer station loading/ dumping area.
• The Yellow Iron Diesel Technician/Mechanic may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Frequent squatting and standing is required.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license is required. CDL a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in job duties.
• Sanitation or construction industry experience a plus.
• Computer diagnostic experience as diesel technician a plus.
• Experience with troubleshooting/repairing DPF systems diagnostic software such as Premium Tech Tool (Mack), Allison transmission, Cummins, CAT, Peterbilt, and Paccar.
• Working knowledge of applicable DOT and OSHA standards and regulations.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to converse with colleagues, drivers and dispatch, and be able to make legible entries on reports and records.
• Must be able to meet the physical and safety requirements of the position.
• Must be able to provide own tools

We are currently looking for a Pipe Welder Shop to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Welder is responsible for the prep, layout, tack, weld, test, complex pipe spools and complex piping systems to work packages, drawings, PI&Ds per ASME B31.1 and MIL TP278, to production schedule under the guidance of the shop superintendent.

What You Will Be Doing

• 
  
• Perform pipe welding with pipe fitting experience using knowledge of codes and specifications
  
• Reads and deciphers work packages, work scope, engineered drawings, and PI&Ds
  
• Works with the pipe shop group with a focus on quality, customer compliance, and schedule
  
• Assemble piping spools, weld, test, and assure all shop packages are complete, and work is compliant before presenting to QA
  
• Assures welding equipment is in good working condition and reports any malfunctions or maintenance needed
  
• Have all personal gear to perform pipe welding and fitting including welding gear, measuring devices, levels square, etc. maintained in good condition

Your Background

• High school Graduate, related to Trade school and no less than 5 years work history/experience in this industry required
  
• Have experience in GTAW processes. Must qualify to Pipe in the 6-G position Per ASME Section IX using the GTAW process. Experience in structural welding using GMAW in various positions to AWS D1.1. Proven past welding qualification history is a plus
  
• Decipher welding symbols, reads, and follows work packages, drawings, PI&Ds, and blueprints
  
• Use various measuring equipment
  
• Full range of mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to fabricate and install piping on equipment as specified on drawings and PI&Ds
  
• 5+ years of experience
  
• Able to work in a team environment and self-motivated.

Job Summary

The Controls Engineer is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and improvement of automated manufacturing systems and controls across the production environment. This role is intended to complement the team’s already existing mechanical design strengths with deeper expertise in automation, controls, programming, and manufacturing system integration. This role partners closely with Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Engineering to ensure controlled documents are accurate, clear, consistent, and inspection ready. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical writing skills, attention to detail, and experience working within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

• This position’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:Author, review, and maintain controlled technical documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Master Production Records (MPRs), Master Packaging Records (MPKs), protocols, and technical reports.
• Prepare and revise documentation associated with technical changes, including change controls, risk assessments, and supporting justifications, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support deviation, investigation, and CAPA documentation by drafting clear, factual, and technically accurate narratives and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across Technical Services, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Validation, and Engineering to translate complex processes into clear, compliant documentation.
• Ensure all technical documentation complies with cGMP requirements, FDA regulations, and internal document control standards.
• Participate in document lifecycle activities, including periodic review, version control, and archival, to maintain accuracy, consistency, and inspection readiness.
• We are looking for applicants with:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a scientific, technical, or related discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Engineering, or Technical Communication) required.
• Minimum of 1–5 years of experience authoring and managing technical documentation within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting oral solid dosage manufacturing documentation strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of cGMP principles and regulated documentation practices.
• Strong technical writing skills, including grammar, structure, clarity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret technical information and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts.
• Proficiency with standard office software and document management systems used in regulated environments.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documents, priorities, and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn manufacturing processes and regulatory expectations.
