Pay rate: Up to 115k + Bonus

Position Overview

The Facilities Engineer / Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating strategic projects that enhance operational performance across the organization. This role sets project goals, defines milestones, identifies roadblocks, and drives the actions needed to eliminate them. Working closely with production, planning, maintenance, and logistics teams, this position leads both short‐ and long‐term improvement initiatives aimed at increasing capacity, reducing lead times, improving delivery performance, and elevating product quality.

This is an individual‐contributor role with high visibility, requiring strong analytical skills, hands‐on problem‐solving, and the ability to communicate progress to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Define project scope, goals, milestones, and success criteria.
• Identify roadblocks and independently drive solutions to remove them.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
• Plan, review, and collaborate with design teams on structural upgrades, line installations, and modifications.
• Serve as the voice of manufacturing during equipment or line upgrade projects.

Process Improvement & Analysis

• Analyze business functions to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct advanced data collection and value‐stream mapping.
• Perform trend analysis and develop data‐driven recommendations.
• Research external methods, tools, and technologies to support new business solutions.
• Increase productivity, safety, and quality through targeted project deliverables.

Cross‐Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with department managers, quality specialists, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Provide tools, insights, and support to operational teams to improve productivity.
• Partner with finance to produce accurate cost and productivity reporting.
• Organize, track, and report on team meetings and project progress.

Documentation & Reporting

• Develop clear communication methods for reporting project metrics.
• Ensure performance data is accurate, timely, and accessible across all levels of the organization.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including Gantt charts, dashboards, and presentations.
• Deliver regular updates to senior leadership on strategy, progress, and adjustments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Experience with SharePoint, report generation, and data analysis.
• Ability to write queries and macros; experience with Access databases.
• Working knowledge of Power BI and Visual Basic.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
• Self‐motivated, fast learner, and able to work independently.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to pass a Fit‐for‐Duty physical exam.

• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (heavier loads require assistance).

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing service and support during field visits for customer's equipment. You will manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, diagnosing technical problems, and determining proper solutions in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.

Your Mission

•Installation of equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to EOS specifications.

Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician

Job Purpose:

The Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician ensures that all production equipment operates at peak efficiency and safety. This role involves troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems, performing routine inspections, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize machine performance.

Nature of Duties:

• Perform scheduled inspections, lubrication, and part replacements based on manufacturer guidelines or CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) schedules.
• Diagnose root causes of equipment failures using diagnostic tools (multimeters, vibration analyzers) and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of in line wave soldering operation on equipment with inline fluxing through multi waves process. Electrovert equipment a plus.
• Working knowledge of in line selective soldering operations on equipment with inline fluxing through multi waves process.
• BTU oven for SMT process for diagnostics and performing required maintenance.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery and perform "changeovers" or setups for different product runs.
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, part usage, and equipment history to track Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
• Troubleshoot and monitor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated robotic systems.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required (Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronic, or a related technical field preferred).
• 2–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Wiring, sensors, motors, and circuit testing.
• Gears, drives, bearings, and power transmission.
• Troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.

General Description

The Estimator is responsible for the preparation and review of assigned roadway construction and/or asphalt paving estimate packages; implementing department standards and procedures while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of estimate packages. Company primarily performs construction activities involving asphalt paving/resurfacing, bridge construction, earthwork/grading, roadway construction/rehabs, and highway work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Read/review plans, proposals, specifications, RFP’s, and any other pertinent project related documents necessary to develop a competent and competitive estimate/bid package.
• Solicit estimates from various subcontractors and vendors to prepare estimate packages.
• Prepare reports and analysis pertinent to estimating as requested by management
• Review established labor, equipment, and material costs, for preparation of estimate/bid packages.
• Prepare accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings.
• Produce detailed, final contract estimates, for primarily Asphalt Paving and Roadway/Site Development Projects.
• Assess project exposures/construction risks and appropriately analyze cost and reflect these in an estimate.
• Identify potential construction issues through the estimating process.
• Identify value-engineering alternatives.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• Working experience on HCSS software or other equivalent estimating software.
• Must be able to verbally communicate effectively; as well as written correspondence.
• Working knowledge of asphalt laydown and/or roadway construction operations.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints and written specifications.
• Attention to detail, including interpretation and preparation of spreadsheets and other data.

Education and/or Experience

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator bidding asphalt paving and/or roadway construction projects.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent experience, is required.
• Experience working for a General Contractor as an estimator bidding on Department of Transportation or other roadway projects between $1M and $25M required.

• Work generally is performed in an office environment, although periodic visits to construction sites and asphalt manufacturing facilities is required.
• Noise level in the typical office work environment is quiet; however when visiting construction sites and/or asphalt manufacturing facilities, various levels of noise, dust and other environmental exposures may occur; any exposure is within the established Permissible Exposure Limits, however Personal protective Equipment such as hardhats, hearing protection and safety glasses, may be required.

As a Senior Process Project Manager, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to leading and executing strategic capital investment and process improvement projects that enhance the design, performance, and reliability of our yogurt manufacturing operations. The role includes overseeing projects from concept through full implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate standards, plant operational needs, and product quality expectations. Responsibilities include driving process design, managing cross-functional project teams, supporting production and quality operations, and ensuring successful commissioning of new or upgraded yogurt processing systems. Additionally, the Senior Yogurt Process Project Manager will collaborate with other Lactalis USA Corporate team members, the Lactalis Group Corporate Engineering & Equipment Department, R&D, Quality, Finance, and Plant Engineering and Operations teams to align duties with the company's goals and values.

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and performance criteria to support strategic business goals within yogurt manufacturing and processing.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate technical constraints, operational impacts, and cost-benefit considerations.

• Lead end-to-end project management for yogurt process initiatives, from conceptual design through commissioning, ramp up, project closure, and handover.
• Maintain and distribute comprehensive Project Schedules, identify critical paths, implement mitigation initiatives, and propose acceleration plans to ensure all projects are completed in accordance with the timelines in the Savings Plans and ROI calculations.
• Coordinate and facilitate project review meetings, develop and distribute meeting minutes, and escalate issues or risks to key stakeholders as required.
• Attend Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities to ensure equipment performance aligns with specifications and project objectives.

• Ensure all projects comply with corporate engineering standards, environmental regulations, food safety requirements, and applicable industry codes.

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• A major in Food, Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering is required.

Experience

• 8+ years working on Capital Expenditure, managing multi-million-dollar projects is required. Corporate or multi-site project management experience is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in the Dairy, Beverage, or Liquid Food Manufacturing industry is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a USDA or FDA regulated industry is required

Certifications and specific knowledge

• The following certification is recommended for this role: Project Management Professional certification.
• Knowledge of Capital Project Management tools (Project Initiation, Stage-gate, Risk Management, Cost Tracking, FAT/SAT protocol Development and Execution, Project Closure) is required.
• Knowledge of Contract Management and Vendor Management are required.
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Regulatory requirements (Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, Sanitary Design, 3-A Standards, cGMP, Microbiological control) is required.
• Understanding of Dairy Process unit operations (Separation, Standardization, Pasteurization, Homogenization, Fermentation, etc.) is required.
• Knowledge of Mass & Energy Balances and Process Modeling is required.
• Knowledge of Tank and Piping design (including agitation, heat transfer, hygienic fittings, pumps, valves) is required.
• Understanding of Production Lines, OEEs, Capacity & Saturation calculations, and integration with upstream process equipment is an asset.
• Understanding of process Automation & Controls (PLC, Scada, MES, Batch and Recipe management) is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications, MS Project, and AutoCAD is required. Knowledge of Excel pivot tables and macros is preferred.

• Apply working knowledge of common manufacturing methods and materials to support manufacturable solutions

• Supporting knowledge transfer between locations or suppliers

• Escalating operational issues or delays to appropriate stakeholders
• Supporting safety, organization, and quality expectations on the shop floor
• Support supplier and partner evaluation related to lead time, pricing, and quality performance

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or manufacturing engineering or equivalent technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, applications engineering, estimating, or technical sales
• Highly Preferred -Experience with Sheet Metal assemblies, end use applications in industrial/medical equipment and power supplies
• Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment preferred
• MRP or ERP system experience; Mie Trak preferred

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods when supporting operations
• Ability to lift-up to 35 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computers, tools, and equipment
• Ability to visually inspect parts and drawings

• Read and comprehend blueprints and production orders.
  
• Read and comprehend schematics of electrical and plumbing systems in commercial cooking equipment.
  
• Perform final product inspection by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement verifications.
  
• Repair or rework nonconformities and re-inspect.
  
• Maintain a working knowledge of all product options - including controls - for each assembly line within performance level.
  
• Verify the following elements of production orders, including but not limited to: data plates, cosmetic criteria, electric elements, hi-limit, valve alignments, and routing of the capillaries.
