Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· 15+ years of experience in the utility sector, with preference for candidates with electric transmission and substation project experience
· Proven track record managing large-scale, complex electric transmission and substation project budgets of $25+ million
· SCADA and communications knowledge
· PMP certification or advanced degree in Project Management strongly preferred.
· Deep understanding of PMI principles and best practices.
· Knowledgeable in Primavera P6 for schedule, budget, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

The EHS Coordinator contributes to the success of PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) by assisting in the promotion and sustainability of a safe work environment along with maintaining regulatory compliance. JOB SUMMARY
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Working under general technical guidance, an Electronic Technician III specializes in ground-based electronic systems, communications infrastructure, and works on various types of electronic and network equipment and related devices through a combination of installing, maintaining, repairing, overhauling, troubleshooting, modifying, construction, and testing Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties: Certifies assigned systems and sub-systems to ensure compliance with USAF and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) established standards and safety requirements.
Determines when equipment malfunctions warrant shutdown of various systems.

Interfaces between own unit platforms and the exercise/host manager when wing assets are either participating in an exercise or deploying to participate in TDL operations managed by another unit.
Coordinates unit TDL equipment requirements and the networks to meet local unit requirements, to include interfacing between the wing and higher level agencies.
Knowledge of and follow procedures mandated in CJCSM 6120.01, Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Operating Procedures when operating TDL's.
Maintain a TDL reference library.

REQUIREMENTS
