Job Description:
- Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.

- Perform automotive maintenance of the engine, transmission, axles, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, tires, batteries, and spark plugs.

- Participate in regular on-site and e-learning training, and maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube safety requirements, OSHA, and state regulations.

Position Overview
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing and delivering a range of commercial construction projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities include scheduling, estimating and takeoff support, subcontractor buyout, subcontract preparation, project submittal and RFI oversight, profit projections, field coordination, safety oversight, cost management, and project closeout. The Project Manager works closely with Senior Project Managers, field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to drive accountability, performance, and execution.
Responsibilities
Project Planning
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and procurement strategy
- Coordinate with the estimating team during preconstruction to ensure accurate scope alignment and pricing
- Participate in early design team meetings thru SD/DD/CD phases
- Participate in takeoffs and scope reviews as needed
- Develop site logistics plans and identify early site-specific challenges
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
Execution & Oversight
- Drive the project schedule and hold subcontractors accountable to commitments
- Manage day-to-day project activities and resolve issues before they escalate into delays
- Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are aligned with schedule requirements
- Maintain disciplined cost control and monitor budget-to-actual performance
- Support preparation of subcontract agreements and the subcontractor buyout process
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Project Closeout

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience

Job Summary
BELL Construction is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible, with the Project Superintendent, for the overall management and administration of commercial construction projects ($5 - $50 million). This includes involvement in preconstruction services, estimating, subcontractor management, submittal processing, meeting the schedule budget, and achieving high quality on all projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Has a solid understanding of construction safety practices. Has full ability to stop work if unsafe conditions exist and reports concerns to the Project Superintendent and Safety department.
- Understands all trades, including MEP, and has strong knowledge of ground up construction.
- Conducts constructability reviews as design progresses and develops conceptual and detailed quantity survey estimates.
- Assists preconstruction department with solicitation of subcontractor proposals, development of subcontractor bid packages, review of subcontractor scopes and pricing, and preparation of project estimate.
- Accurately and efficiently prepares detailed schedules, making adjustments as needed.
- Forecasts costs throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Understands different delivery methods and contract types and able to foster and maintain construction management, design-build, and design-assist relationships.
- Provides guidance and oversight to project team members responsible for project documentation and regularly verifies for accuracy and deficiencies.
- Supervises the submittal process, identifying and resolving any high impact issues that occur.
- Makes subcontractor selection and manages entire subcontract process. Can negotiate and resolve nearly all subcontractor issues and knows when to include higher level team members from both sides.
- Trains, mentors, coaches, and evaluates Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Develops financial management skills by reviewing financial statements with Senior Team Leadership.
- Understands and monitors construction insurance and bonding process.
- Develops project-specific punchlist approach and integrates owner, CM, and designers into the program. Arranges and attends the punchlist walkthrough.
- Manages project closeout from beginning to end.
- Monitors costs on Self-Performed Work, developing mitigating measures as needed.
- Understands and manages all costs associated with a change request.
- Partners with the Safety Director and Quality Control Director to manage and ensure compliance with each program’s policies, protocols, and government regulations for all projects.

Education & Experience

Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of a wide range of commercial construction project(s) and is expected to produce predictable, high-quality outcomes. Work Environment

Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.

For annual training, Surface Warfare Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

This is an office-based position focused on creating accurate, efficient, and code-compliant plans. You’ll work closely with our lead engineer and company owner while operating with a high level of independence in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
- Design and prepare grading, utility, and stormwater management plans for residential and infrastructure projects.
- Develop site layouts and coordinate plan sets in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable state and local codes and permitting requirements.
- Coordinate with surveyors, architects, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Review and analyze design data, calculations, and reports to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support permitting processes and communicate with regulatory agencies as needed.
- Provide technical guidance during design, plan review, and construction phases.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Tennessee (required).

About the Role
You'll lead a team of backend engineers responsible for building and maintaining the APIs and services that fuel Dollar General's customer-facing web and mobile experiences. You'll be a hands-on technical leader — setting the engineering bar, driving architecture decisions, and working closely with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver solutions that are built to scale, easy to maintain, and resilient under real-world load.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable microservices using C# and .NET that serve as the backbone of Dollar General's web and mobile customer experiences.
- Drive technical direction and own architectural decisions across the team, ensuring systems are built for scale, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Set and enforce engineering standards around code quality, testing, API design, and service reliability across the team.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, well-scoped technical solutions.
- Work with both relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB), guiding the team on data modeling and the right tool for the problem.
- Oversee the design and operation of distributed systems using message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub) to handle high-throughput, event-driven workloads reliably.
- Guide the team in deploying and operating services on cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, and/or Azure, with a focus on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead code reviews, providing technical mentorship and ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Own incident response for production issues — driving root cause analysis, resolution, and long-term remediation.
- Work in an Agile environment, leading sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives while keeping the team focused and unblocked.
- Actively mentor and grow senior and mid-level engineers, helping build a strong, high-performing engineering culture.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of backend software engineering experience with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering production-grade systems.
- Deep proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / 6+) with extensive experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices at scale.
- Demonstrated experience leading architecture and system design decisions across complex, distributed backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with both relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and document databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cosmos DB), including data modeling and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, Google Pub/Sub) in high-throughput, event-driven production environments.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform — GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers, influence engineering culture, and drive technical excellence across a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building backend services for e-commerce platforms or experience integrating with third-party e-commerce platforms such as Vtex, Sap Hybirs, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, commercetools, or similar.
- Familiarity with headless commerce architecture.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Dynatrace.

TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Territory Account Manager. Shermco is ISO certified, a member of EASA, AWEA, PEARL and is accredited by NETA, PEV, SKF & ANAB. Shermco Industries is a founding member of NETA and has one of the largest field services divisions in the industry.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education & experience in Engineering or related field. This is desired, not required.
- 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience, preferably in an engineering, industrial or heavy commercial industry. Preference given to candidates with a successful sales track record in a power related industry, preferably from the high-voltage (480 VAC to 345 kV) electrical equipment testing & maintenance industry, including electrical field Services, field commissioning & acceptance testing, engineering in general including Arc Flash, Coordination Studies, transient studies, load flow analysis and general power engineering, and small scale electrical T&D or Substations construction projects.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and highly motivated.
- Availability to travel weekdays throughout the geographic account territory.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills and solid understanding of profitability and other financial measurements.
- Strong sales skills including and effective negotiation skills, ability to successfully interact with key customer decision makers and influencers, and ability to prospect new customers and forecast future business.
- Must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and consultative skills.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
- The primary role of this position will be to provide account management/sales targeting industrial, utility generations, data center, hospitals, and electrical contractors to sell Shermco’s full line of electrical testing, maintenance, repair & engineering services.
- Perform direct sales and business development activities which contribute to the growth and retention of business so as to meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
- Qualify prospective sales opportunities to determine which opportunities to pursue.
- Accountable for attaining yearly multi-million dollar sales budgets
- Identify, develop and implement sales strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of estimates, sales proposals, and sales presentations.
- Visit assigned account(s) on a regular basis in order to maintain a "strategic relationship" status; identifies necessary account changes and opportunities as quickly as possible.
- Maintain industry knowledge and improve technical knowledge based on market requirements
- Support our key marketing activities necessary to support sales growth in efforts such as, road shows, national conferences, tradeshows, sales trainings, and various sales engagement activities such as trade organizations.
- Manages pricing and channel issues as they arise relating to competitive quotes and cross selling conflicts.
- Support account from sales, securing purchase orders, terms and conditions, and customer relations.
- Perform job walks.
- Be a front line focal point between sales and production to qualify opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
