As a Senior Flight Test Engineer at Reliable Robotics, you will be a part of the Flight Test and Integration team. The Flight Test and Integration team is responsible for multiple installation and test efforts at Reliable Robotics. The team regularly ensures the proper function of mechanical, electrical, and flight control systems onboard the aircraft. In addition, this team has ownership over all ground and flight test operations within the organization. The team is composed of individuals with experience developing experimental and certification products.
Responsibilities
In your role as Senior Flight Test Engineer, you will verify the function and capabilities of modified flight control systems, for a remotely operated autoflight system. You will ensure the proper build-up of functions and capabilities, beginning in the lab and ending up on the vehicle. You will be expected to verify the end-to-end functionality of the system and ensure the ability to assess all desired test requirements. This will require engaging with many teams throughout the organization and having a firm understanding of the vehicle's capabilities. As part of the flight test campaigns, you'll act as the responsible engineer for the vehicle and often as test director.
Basic Success Criteria
Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related discipline
7+ years of experimental flight test experience
Prior experience drafting test plans, test cards, test hazard analyses, and acting as test director during a flight/mission
Experience with making aeronautical VHF radio calls
Demonstrated ability to complete system-level risk assessments
Preferred Criteria
Graduate of an SETP recognized flight test school
Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline or equivalent industry experience
Recent Caravan or PT6A experience
Diversity of experience in multiple aircraft/ airframes
CFII or military flight instructor
Experience with automated and/or large remotely operated vehicles (UAS, spacecraft, etc)
Experience working in a Flight Test program focused on Certification
Experience in developing flight procedures, training curricula, and safety management systems
Experience flying for a 14 CFR part 135 or 121 Air Carrier
Deep understanding of FAA certification processes and their implementation
In depth knowledge of systems engineering processes and principles
Basic familiarity with software programming principles
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

The Avionics Hardware team is a small group of highly motivated engineers who develop the core compute, actuation, sensing, and power electronics products at the heart of our automation system. We enjoy cradle-to-grave hardware ownership and hands-on test, iteration, and deployment of our designs. As an Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will drive development of electrical components and sub-systems across our airborne and test platforms from the circuit-board level up through integrated systems and everything in between.
Responsibilities
In your role as Avionics Hardware Engineer, you will design, analyze, document, test, and troubleshoot electronic assemblies at the circuit board through integrated electro-mechanical level. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing and test engineers as the expert on your hardware. You will drive improvements to the hardware through benchtop, environmental, and on-aircraft testing, and perform root-cause investigations to characterize, document, and rectify anomalous behavior in a safety-critical environment.

As a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will develop the physics-based models that enable rapid iteration and certification-grade validation of GNC software. You will perform simulation analysis and assess correlation with real-world data to demonstrate that the models are representative of the actual system.

Develop physics-based models representative of aircraft dynamics (aerodynamics, ground reactions, actuator models, etc.)
Identify, request, and analyze flight tests necessary to inform modeling
Conduct closed-loop testing of flight control systems with simulated aircraft dynamics
Develop tools for visualizing and analyzing simulation and flight data
Perform validation of simulation models against flight test data

5+ years experience with aerodynamics, flight dynamics simulation, and system identification

The ideal candidate will have a solid background supporting both Mac and Windows enterprise environments (over 500 end users), with a stronger emphasis on Mac. Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Github, Gitlab administration, GenAI LLM platform administration are needed. White-glove support supporting VIPs/executives is highly preferred.
The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.
- Ensure that the physical IT technology in the office is operational (e.g. AV rooms, wifi, badge readers, cameras, etc).
- Oversee the suite of collaboration tooling in use and ensure end users have great experiences using the tools provided.
- Work to improve the procurement and asset management practices for IT hardware and software.
- Be responsible for the physical inventory of computer assets, and ensure the local equipment is tracked efficiently and securely.
- Work with Finance and IT leadership to manage budgets and costs for IT spend.
- Work with the broader IT team to provide training, documentation, and learning opportunities to peers and IT staff on support processes and techniques.
- Execute standard Onboarding & Offboarding processes for employees joining and leaving the company.
- Engage directly with employees and internal users who are experiencing IT related service issues. Resolve incidents such as network access, hardware break/fix, and software related problems as well as execution of defined service requests (e.g., installing licensed software, provisioning user access to software applications).
- Use defined escalation processes to escalate support issues that require staff with specialized skills or higher-level administrative permissions to resolve.
- Utilize standard operation procedures (SOPs) to perform routine tasks and work with engineering teams to define new SOPs for common support functions.
- Participate in after-hours, on-call support rotation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows)
- Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels as well as being in an active member of an on-call support rotation.
- Experience using desktop imagining and MDM tools, such as Intune, SmartImager, Imperious, and SmartDeploy.
- Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, PDA devices, desktop software, Windows 10 and 11, O365, anti-virus, internet browsers, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience working with and updating support tickets in a ticket management platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers.
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $39.00/Hr. - USD $42.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain gas/chemical distribution systems
- Perform cylinder and drum change-outs
- Troubleshoot and repair gas, chemical, and slurry systems
- Follow operating and safety procedures to ensure zero safety/quality incidents
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in maintenance, mechanical, electronic, or equipment technician roles preferred
- Experience with gas/chemical systems a plus
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and wear required PPE (including respirator when needed)
