Under the leadership of the Vice Provost for OUESS, the OUESS challenges students to become accomplished learners who can make meaningful connections among work, study, and community. We connect curricular and co-curricular offerings to support students in developing a strong foundation for success, during college and after. We do this through the efforts of our faculty, professional staff, and students, and we strive to create and maintain a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive educational and work environment. The JMHP is a unit of OUESS. Currently, the JMHP includes approximately 900 students selected for their curiosity, creativity, and interest in building a scholarly community across disciplinary boundaries. The JMHP offers cohorts of exceptional students the distinctive opportunity to pursue a premier honors experience at a leading STEM-focused global research institution. Students live in a select dorm with their JMHP peers and form a social community while they explore distinguished academic opportunities offered to JMHP students. Students who complete the JMHP requirements will earn a student recognition on their Georgia Tech transcript for Completion of the John H. Martinson Honors Program.
Beginning in fall 2026, the JMHP will assume a new strategic role at Georgia Tech and a distinctive identity among premier national honors programs and colleges. This position reports to the Director Business Operations in the OUESS.
Note on working time:
This position must be available to work standard GT business hours M-F, 8-5 (or 7-4 or 9-6), as well as some evenings and weekends based on student programs and with advanced notice. Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all administrative services within a small to moderate size campus unit or a part of the services function within a larger unit. Areas of responsibility can include administrative affairs associated with human resources, purchasing, budgets and financial records and general clerical support within the unit. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance, providing feedback, and making pay recommendations.
This position will interact on a consistent basis with: unit management and staff.

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Manage procurement and financial processing activities, including purchasing requests, supplier coordination, invoice processing, expense reports, reimbursements, external committee member payments, and routine financial record tracking.
- Support logistics for JMHP programs and operations, including room and space reservations, scheduling support, and event planning assistance.
- Serve as a liaison for facilities and building-related needs, providing backup coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day unit operations.

About the School of Physics at the Georgia Institute of Technology
The School of Physics at Georgia Tech currently has 56 academic faculty, and its graduate program is ranked 21st in the nation by US News and World Report. The School has a broad research program with strengths in astrophysics, condensed matter, atomic, molecular, theoretical physics, and optical physics, physics of living systems, nonlinear science and soft matter physics. Job Summary
The Otte group ( ) at the School of Physics and the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics (CRA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on the Trinity Neutrino Observatory, a next-generation experiment designed to detect ultra-high-energy neutrinos using air-shower imaging telescopes.
Trinity targets earth-skimming tau neutrinos above ~1 PeV through imaging of upward-going air showers near the horizon. The first phase of the project, the Trinity Demonstrator, is ongoing and has been in its physics data-taking phase for over a year, providing a timely opportunity to lead analyses while helping define the next stage of the experiment.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities
We seek a highly motivated candidate to play a central role in advancing Trinity's analysis and simulation program. The successful candidate will:
Lead the Monte Carlo simulation framework and analysis software development.
Lead analyses of Demonstrator data and drive publication efforts.
Help define the science reach, sensitivity projections, and performance requirements of Trinity One.
In addition, the candidate is expected to develop a strong and visible research program that connects Trinity's neutrino observations with the broader multi-messenger landscape, including gamma-ray, gravitational-wave, and cosmic-ray observatories.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must have:
A Ph.D. in Astroparticle Physics, High-Energy Physics, Astrophysics, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Substantial experience in simulation and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a collaborative research environment.
Experience with air-shower simulations, neutrino physics, statistical inference, detector modeling, or large-scale computing frameworks is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements

Job Summary
Receive and direct radio/telephone calls providing information and/or referrals in support of campus parking services and enforcement. Provide guidance and training to other dispatchers in dispatch procedures as required.This position will interact on a consistent basis with: callers to include Parking staff, GT employees and visitors. This position will typically advise and counsel: dispatchers. This position will supervise: N/A.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Interact with callers, displaying courtesy and efficiency in responses.
Job Duty 2 -
Research vehicle data in the parking management system for outstanding citations, vehicle owner information, parking assignments and gate access information. Program and support electronic ticket writers for enforcement personnel.
Job Duty 3 -
Contact towing service to summon removal of vehicles.
Job Duty 4 -
Perform general office duties to include filing and using standard office equipment such as copiers, fax machine, printers, computers and calculators.

Review and reconcile and submit for payment, invoices for towing services.

The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the largest producers of electrical engineers and computer engineers in the United States. Almost 2,600 students are enrolled in the School's graduate and undergraduate programs, and in the last academic year, 801 degrees were awarded. Job Summary
The Signal Lab in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech is seeking a Research Scientist to lead and advance cutting-edge research in the field of telecom. The role will involve research in 6G and wireless systems but also include lab management, business development, project management, cross- institute collaborations and demonstrations just to name a few.
Responsibilities
Some responsibilities include:
. Research Leadership in 6G, Wireless Systems, and Emerging Technologies
- Lead and execute advanced research programs spanning 5G Advanced, 6G architectures, ISAC, semantic communications, agentic networking, RF sensing, and wireless intelligence.
- Design and evaluate novel algorithms, PHY/MAC prototypes, and end-to-end wireless stacks using SDRs, GPU-accelerated systems, and cloud-integrated infrastructure.
- Publish high-impact papers, technical reports, and standards-relevant contributions.
2. Lab Management and Testbed Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the Center for Wireless Intelligence research lab, including equipment procurement, spectrum tools, RF instrumentation, compute clusters, and software environments.
- Manage, maintain, and expand the outdoor wireless testbed (campus-scale or city-scale): radios, remote nodes, edge compute, backhaul, deployment logistics, calibration, and field testing.
- Ensure safety, compliance, documentation, inventory management, and continuous uptime of lab and testbed assets.
- Build automated pipelines for experiments, data collection, benchmarking, and reproducibility.
3. Affiliate Engagement, Business Development, and Partnerships
- Engage, onboard, and close new affiliate companies into the CWI affiliate program.
- Serve as technical liaison for affiliate members across telecom, semiconductor, cloud, defense, and AI domains.
- Define joint research thrusts, scoping documents, deliverables, and IP paths with partner organizations.
- Coordinate demos, campus visits, on-site reviews, and technical deep-dives for affiliates.
4. Project Management and PhD Mentorship
- Mentor PhD students, postdocs, and research engineers working on 6G, wireless intelligence, agentic systems, and related topics.
- Manage multi-PI, multi-institution, and affiliate-funded projects, ensuring timely execution, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Provide technical direction, experiment planning, scheduling, milestones, and results dissemination.
5. Proposal Development and Funding Acquisition
- Lead and contribute to major proposals for federal, state, and institute-level funding, including NSF, DARPA, IARPA, NIST, NIH, DoD, DOE, and industry research labs.
- Manage full proposal lifecycle: concept development, whitepapers, teaming, budget coordination, compliance, and final submission.
- Close new funding sources for the center through proactive outreach, consortium building, and strategic alignment with national priorities (6G, AI/ML for wireless, digital twins, robotics, cybersecurity, etc.).
6. Event and Program Management
- Plan and execute workshops, symposiums, demo days, affiliate reviews, student recruiting events, and cross-center technical showcases.
- Coordinate logistics, speaker engagement, program design, marketing materials, and event follow-ups.
- Support the institute in flagship campus events around wireless, AI, cybersecurity, and next-generation connectivity.
7. Cross-Institute Collaboration and Ecosystem Building
- Facilitate collaborations with GT centers, MITRE Labs, government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions.
- Represent the center in institute-level initiatives, standards bodies, federal roadmaps, and 6G consortium efforts.
- Identify and develop synergy projects across AI, robotics, cybersecurity, energy systems, and digital twins where wireless is foundational.
8. Demonstrations, Prototypes, and Technology Transfer
- Build and showcase cutting-edge wireless demonstrations involving the outdoor testbed, SDRs, AI-native RAN components, ISAC sensors, and agentic network stacks.
- Support technology transition to sponsors, affiliates, and government partners through prototypes, datasets, documentation, and workshops.
Required Qualifications
Research Scientist/Engineer I
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related area.
Research Scientist/Engineer II
- A Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree,
- A Master's degree and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree, or
- A Doctoral degree.
Senior Research Scientist/Engineer
- A Master's degree and seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree,

Preferred Qualifications

The Opportunity:
We are a lean and high velocity multifamily investment firm with 440 units and a mandate to scale to 1,500+ units by 2027 on our path to $1 Billion AUM in the next 5 years. We operate with a startup culture backed by a strong principal balance sheet, and we will maintain this "Day 1" intensity until our $1 Billion goal is reached. We are looking for a Founding Director of Finance and Investments who is prepared to make the business their number one priority and own the entire financial lifecycle of our portfolio.
This is a true "multi-hat" leadership role, You will be responsible for building and owning the engine across three phases: Acquisitions, where you will be responsible for sourcing and underwriting new opportunities Finance, where you institutionalize the back-end through precise cash flow forecasting, investor distributions, and tax strategy; and Asset Management, where you hold the portfolio accountable to your forecasts by implementing aggressive execution plans to ensure every property hits its NOI targets. We are looking for a partner who wants to trade corporate safety for long-term equity and help us build this platform from the ground up.
Note: Local to Texas is highly preferred. If not in Texas, candidates must be willing to Spend 5 business days per month in Houston Texas overseeing property (Asset mgmt), networking with brokers and touring new acquisitions. During periods of due diligence requirements to be Houston may increase. Please confirm in your application this travel (all paid for by company).
Key Accountabilities:
- Investment Modeling & Underwriting: You will be the primary lead on modeling new opportunities. You will take raw data from brokers or off-market sources, build complex pro-formas from scratch, and present the investment case to the committee.
- Preliminary Investment Committee (PIC) Leadership: You serve as the "Gatekeeper." Before any deal reaches the Founders, you are responsible for the internal audit of the case—stress-testing exit caps, opex loads, and reno timelines. You are the final line of defense for the firm's capital.
- Due Diligence & Transaction Execution: Lead the financial "scrub" on all acquisitions. You will own the closing checklist, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure every debt facility is funded with 100% precision.
- Asset Management & Performance Audit: You aren't just reporting numbers; you are driving them. You will perform monthly audits of property management, identify "cash leakage," and ensure the portfolio hits its NOI targets and investor distributions.
- GL Integrity & Tax Strategy: You own the "Book of Record." You will oversee all accounting entries, manage a rolling 13-week cash forecast, and ensure the firm is "tax-ready" for outside CPAs.
- Treasury & Capital Management: You own the firm’s liquidity. You will manage the movement of capital between property accounts, GP accounts, and the Hold-Co, ensuring we are optimized for both daily operations and upcoming acquisition deposits.
- Tax Strategy & Compliance Oversight: You aren't just filing forms; you are the architect. You will manage the tax filing checklist for all 40+ (and growing) entities, ensuring every K-1 is issued on time and that we are maximizing depreciation and cost-segregation strategies across the portfolio.
- Institutional Reporting & Audit: You will design and produce the quarterly "Investor Report" and "Lender Compliance" packages. You must be able to defend our financials to an institutional auditor or a Life-Co lender with absolute authority.
- Entity & Corporate Housekeeping: You will interface directly with Investor Counsel to resolve legal issues and ensure all corporate entities remain in "Good Standing" across multiple states. You are the "Compliance Officer" for the firm.
- Strategic Financial Planning: You will prepare the annual corporate budget for the Hold-Co and tell the Founders exactly when we have the cash position to buy, when we should refinance, and when we should sell.
- Waterfall & Distribution Management: Build and maintain manual "Shadow Waterfall" models to audit all GP/LP distributions, ensuring all investor classes are paid with 100% accuracy.
- System Architecture: You will help design the infrastructure (CRM workflows, checks and balances) to allow the firm to scale without breaking.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 5–8+ years in Real Estate Finance, Investment Banking, or REPE.
- Background: Mandatory experience in Multifamily Syndication. You must have "Battle Scars" from managing the financial lifecycle of actual deals.
- Technical Arsenal: Elite-level Excel skills. You must be a "Blank-Sheet" Ninja (Waterfalls, Sensitivity Tables, etc.).
- Mindset: Skeptical, process-oriented, and highly organized. You must be a "Mismatcher" who naturally finds the holes in a financial story.
- Education: CPA designation is a significant plus, but technical execution is the priority.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in AI automation and modern CRM workflows is highly preferred.
The Rewards:
- Base Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 (Built for a high-growth startup environment).
- Asset Performance Bonus: $50,000 – $75,000+ targeted annual bonus tied directly to portfolio performance and investor distributions being on Target
- Founding Member Equity: 3.0% – 5.0% Equity stake in the Holding Entity. This is true ownership in the firm’s long-term enterprise value, not just deal-level points.
- Vesting Structure: Standard 5-year annual vesting schedule to ensure long-term alignment.
