What You Will Do:
- Follow specific directions of Leader/Supervisor to carry out repair and restoration projects for engine parts.
- Layout work requirements and obtain needed equipment to perform routine repair and alteration operations.
- Perform bench repair operations to restore parts where close tolerances are not normally required and specifically defined criteria are used.
- Recognize need and arrange for repair or replacement of equipment used in performing the work as necessary.
- .Perform routine servicing throughout the assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions such as operator’s check list for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.
- Assist others responsible for new process tryout, and other specialized assignments within the scope and skill level of this job description.

We have an immediate need for a Facilities Mechanic Pipefitter 1st Shift (onsite)
What You Will Do:
- Perform repetitive tasks related to preventative maintenance, supply and servicing of facilities, machinery and equipment.
- Assist trade groups as required.
- Under the direction of supervisor or project leader, work from specified methods and procedures, exercise care and use judgment for routine tasks associated with machine and equipment servicing and assist trades groups on projects.
- Assist others in system operation, care, use and preventative maintenance techniques where a limited knowledge of specialized trade terminology is required to understand instructions.
- Work with manufacturing departments and trades groups responsible for developing preventative maintenance servicing schedules for machine tools and equipment.
- Preform similar duties throughout the facility within the scope and skill level of this job description. Assist other trades working on joint projects where common skill crossover provides the opportunity for shared responsibilities and more effective use of skills.

The Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Shift Schedule: 7:00am - 5:30pm, Sunday thru Wednesday
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies in inventory records.
- Verifies stock information and unit identification numbers.
- Stores and retrieves equipment and/or parts for work orders.
- Responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of labeling and signage across the facility.
- Comply with quality performance standards.
- Perform various routine clerical duties, including data entry into CTDI systems using both PC and RF handheld devices.
- May coordinate with other departments to optimize inventory management processes.

What You Will Do:
Job Description
Setup and operate one machine tool or process equipment type and operate more than one unrelated machine tool or process equipment types within an assigned area to produce precision turbine engine parts.
Perform work where methods, procedures and processes are well developed and the required tooling, gaging and fixturing are provided.
Under the direction of leader/supervisor, work from verbal and written instructions, operation sheets, drawings and other pertinent information. Following established methods and procedures, use manual or numerically controlled machine tools such as milling, boring, grinding, turning, broaching and shaping machines to achieve the required dimensional specifications.
Recognize indications of dull or damaged cutting tools and replace them as needed.
Perform bench, assembly and surface finishing operations such as deburring, blending, trimming and fitting, using a variety of hand and power tools.
Follow prescribed methods and procedures to perform drilling, riveting and bonding operations to assemble various details in producing a finished part. Operate part-marking equipment.
Use a variety of media, dry or liquid, to perform cleaning or part preparation and finishing operations. Operate tumbling, grit blast, shot peen, buffing and polishing equipment, wash machines and dip tanks for part surface conditioning.
Apply masking as required. Perform applications of anti-gall and polymite coatings utilizing dry bake ovens to cure.
Utilize a variety of fixed or variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and part features. Operate OpCert and other computer–based systems to retrieve and store information and records.

What You Will Do :
Under direction of leader/supervisor, follow assembly drawings and/or specifications and computer information systems to prepare parts and build subassemblies, modules and accessories for new gas turbine engines where tooling and process methods are established. Perform similar duties assisting with engine test operations and performing component and accessory tests as assigned.
Use overhaul and repair procedures and specifications to perform the mechanical work to overhaul engines, modules and related components.
Obtain parts, check details for conformance to assembly requirements and fit and measure components to assure overall dimensions are within limits specified.
Use mechanic’s hand tools, holding fixtures, and specialized assembly equipment to build engine sections and perform installation of details and maintain equipment and tooling for assigned areas.
Provide related support for test operations and assist with testing under direct supervision and specific test schedules.
Perform similar duties to assist with co-producer, customer support or other similar programs, retrofit projects and to accommodate new engine programs and assist with changes in specifications.
Qualifications You Must Have :
High School Diploma or Equivalent & formal training in a specialized field achieving A&P license or equivalent OR 4 years of technical high school including technical post high school certification and 5+ years of heavy automotive experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience as an aerospace mechanic or A&P mechanic preferred.
3 + years avionics mechanic experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking Automation Technicians with hands-on experience supporting automated manufacturing, robotics, or warehouse automation environments. This role is critical to maintaining continuous system operation and minimizing downtime across highly automated equipment and production systems.

This state-of-the-art system is comprised of many elements including Laser cutters, press brakes, folder, part sorting robots, part forming robots, and automated sheet metal storage and retrieval.
The Automation Fabrication Technician is a key member of Trew’s fabrication team and has a wide range of responsibilities across all elements of the system. They possess a diverse skillset and contribute to the entire value stream including capacity planning, machine programing, machine operation, final quality, and continuous improvement.

- Machine Operation:
- Operate all key elements of the sheet metal fabrication system.

Following established methods and procedures, use manual or numerically controlled machine tools such as milling, boring, grinding, turning, broaching and shaping machines to achieve the required dimensional specifications.
Recognize indications of dull or damaged cutting tools and replace them as needed.
Perform bench, assembly and surface finishing operations such as deburring, blending, trimming and fitting, using a variety of hand and power tools.
Follow prescribed methods and procedures to perform drilling, riveting and bonding operations to assemble various details in producing a finished part. Operate part-marking equipment.
Use a variety of media, dry or liquid, to perform cleaning or part preparation and finishing operations. Operate tumbling, grit blast, shot peen, buffing and polishing equipment, wash machines and dip tanks for part surface conditioning.
Apply masking as required. Perform applications of anti-gall and polymite coatings utilizing dry bake ovens to cure.
Utilize a variety of fixed or variable measuring instruments to check dimensions and part features. Operate OpCert and other computer–based systems to retrieve and store information and records.
Refer difficulties to leader or supervisor.
Perform routine servicing throughout assigned area following specified procedures and written instructions, such as operators’
checklist, for upkeep and to assure equipment operates properly.

- Engine Hot Test is responsible for trouble-shooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on engine test cells and supporting equipment.
