Position Summary:
The Head of Operations will lead and scale all areas of StoneArch Logistics’ operational performance. This role serves as the right hand to the CEO, overseeing carrier procurement and relations, account management, strategic network management, customer excellence, and overall service execution. Qualifications you'll bring as a Mechanic II:
- Have High School Diploma or GED. Trade school graduate in heavy duty diesel repairs, and/or refrigeration
classes is preferred. Beginning level is preferred. - Have 1-2 years job experience on diesel repairs, tractor- trailer, refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
- One year documented experience in fleet maintenance or one-year employment with company at upper scale of Class C Technician.
- Possess basic hand tools (up to ½" drive) and tool storage.
- Possess or acquire within 1 year from date of hire a current ASE certification in Medium/Heavy Truck Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) (Test T8).
- Possess a Valid Class C Driver's License. A Class A license is preferred but not required.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, grasp and reach above the head for extended periods of time.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide technical guidance and design authority for the Engineering group. The position will be responsible for assurance of all electromagnetic design criteria as well as thermal and structural integrity of the designs as well developing testing capability for complete motor/system assemblies. Job Details Key Responsibilities: Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Provide robust financial reporting, analysis, and modeling to influence operational decisions.
Deliver insight-driven recommendations to optimize profitability and cost structure.
Lead the financial forecasting process and provide monthly business performance outlooks.
Act as the lead finance partner for global service operations, including strategic reviews of customer contracts, pricing, and margin optimization.
Business Leadership & Executive Partnership: Work directly with division leadership to drive operational performance and strategy.
Play a critical role in developing and executing the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plans.
Foster strong cross-functional relationships across sales, operations, HR, IT, and engineering.
Guide strategic investment and capital planning decisions.
Financial Control & Compliance Oversight: Lead global revenue accounting and financial processes for multiple service entities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policy, and accounting standards (GAAP, SOX).
Serve as primary liaison during internal/external audits.
Review complex journal entries and financial reconciliations.
People Development & Organizational Leadership: Lead and mentor a small global finance team.
Champion talent development, engagement, and team alignment.
Instill a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and ownership.
Help unify a team of technical and finance professionals across multiple regions.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting within a complex service or manufacturing environment.
Experience managing financial operations for a global business.
Expertise in cost accounting, inventory, margin analysis, and internal controls.
Strong leadership and communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Emotionally intelligent, clear communicator, and able to align multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Experience: Prior Controller-level experience within a global or matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success in building or turning around financial teams.
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel modeling skills.
