The Quality Assurance Manager leads all food safety, quality, and regulatory programs for the facility. This role ensures compliance with FDA/USDA regulations, SQF/BRC standards, and internal quality expectations while partnering with Production, Sanitation, and Maintenance to maintain a strong quality culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HACCP, HARPC, GMPs, allergen control, sanitation, and traceability programs.

Lead and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the successful completion and delivery of projects. Cultivate and sustain a collaborative and professional working atmosphere within the project team, providing leadership through staff development and mentorship. Utilize Deltek Vision tools to manage projects, including creating work plans encompassing budgets, scopes, consultants, schedules, fees, costs, and additional services. Collaborate in the preparation of project presentations and conduct work sessions with clients and consultants during schematic, design development, and contract document phases.
Review project documents for compliance with building codes and accessibility standards, ensuring adherence to our established guidelines. Oversee construction document accuracy in reflecting design intent and ensuring project profitability. Implement and uphold the Quality Assurance Program throughout the project duration.
Identify potential business opportunities and foster existing client relationships, while actively seeking out new projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and tooling, with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical drawings and precision measurement tools. Responsibilities:
1. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and processes.
2. Operating and maintaining various types of machining equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses.
3. Utilizing micrometers, calipers, and gauges to take precise measurements and ensure products meet exact specifications.
4. Setting up, adjusting, and calibrating all types of machine tools and equipment.
5. Using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to inspect and validate parts and assemblies.
6. Performing routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to diagnose and correct machine malfunctions.
7. Fabricating and modifying parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a machinist or machine operator role
2. Extensive knowledge of machine operations and basic maintenance.

As a Senior Data Platform Engineer, you will serve as a cornerstone of our small but high-impact data organization. Reporting to the Director of Data Platform Engineering, you will play a dual role: acting as a hands-on technical expert within the Azure cloud-native data ecosystem while also enabling analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives across the business. You will bridge the gap between raw data ingestion and business-ready intelligence by building reliable, scalable, and governed data foundations. Responsibilities
Technical Execution
- Enterprise Fabric Management: Lead the implementation, optimization, and operation of Microsoft Fabric artifacts, including Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Notebooks, within a production environment. Ensure performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across capacities and OneLake.
- Pipeline Engineering: Design, build, and monitor end-to-end ELT/ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Factory. Integrate new data sources reliably while maintaining data quality, observability, and fault tolerance.
- Medallion Architecture: Refine, scale, and enforce Medallion Architecture patterns (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to ensure data quality, lineage, and performance at every stage of the data lifecycle.
- Semantic Layer Ownership: Design and maintain high-performance Fabric Semantic Models that translate complex data structures into intuitive, analytics-ready business layers.
Leadership & Operations
- Production Reliability: Serve as a primary steward of the production data environment. Proactively monitor system health, resolve incidents, and optimize SQL and Spark workloads to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Platform Standards: Partner with the Director of Data Platform Engineering to define architectural patterns, tooling standards, and operational processes that scale with the organization.
- DevOps & Governance: Drive engineering excellence through Azure DevOps by managing CI/CD pipelines, Git-based source control, and automated testing for data products. Adhere to development standards and deployment best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Collaborate closely with analytics, reporting, and AI/ML teams to ensure data products meet downstream requirements for Ecommerce, ERP, and Operations (etc.) use cases.
- Technical Communication: Translate technical architecture and platform decisions into clear, accessible documentation and explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience, Skills, & Ability Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering with a primary focus on the Azure ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in Azure-native tools, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), ADLS Gen2, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, and Azure SQL.
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python, including PySpark, for data transformation and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric in a production environment, including OneLake concepts and capacity management.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including Star Schema design and semantic layer development using DAX.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and engineering workflow management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience supporting AI/ML initiatives by building feature-ready datasets or managing infrastructure for experimentation and deployment.
- Advanced proficiency in data modeling for analytics-ready and reporting-friendly datasets.
- Familiarity with data requirements for predictive modeling or advanced statistical analysis.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.
