Position Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance mechanics and electricians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, partners with Production to minimize downtime, and ensures compliance with OSHA standards.
