Our client is an industrial portfolio company of a global firm focused on the decarbonization of the industrial economy. A fantastic opportunity exists for a Project Manager to lead delivery of a $50M capital project. Position will be based out of our clients' offices in The Woodlands, Texas with travel as required to the project site in California.

This role will take full responsibility for project execution from detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of accountability across engineering, procurement, construction, safety, cost, and schedule performance.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team and manage EPC contractors to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of a complex industrial facility project. This role requires strong commercial oversight, structured governance, and the ability to drive performance across third-party vendors.

This is a high-visibility role within a growing portfolio company backed by a leading infrastructure investor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of a $50M capital project
• Manage EPC and key subcontractors, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule alignment
• Oversee detailed engineering, procurement strategy, and construction execution
• Develop and maintain project execution plans
• Drive safety performance and enforce site compliance standards
• Monitor cost control, forecasting, and contingency management
• Maintain and update the integrated project schedule
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
• Report progress, risks, and financial performance to executive stakeholders
• Lead commissioning and support operational handover

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of capital project experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, chemical, or processing environments
• Proven experience delivering projects in the $30M–$100M range
• Strong experience managing EPC contractors and third-party vendors
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, procurement, and contract management
• Experience operating within structured stage-gate or FEL processes
• Strong commercial acumen and cost management capability
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and site execution activities

Preferred Background

• Experience in processing, advanced materials, energy transition, or industrial manufacturing
• California project experience an advantage
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
• Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil preferred)

• Experience within Openlink Endur or similar ETRM, specifically in a functional consulting capacity, backed with strong industry knowledge (i.e. agriculture).
• Significant experience working in the Power, Oil and Gas Industry or relevant consulting implementation experience
• Ability to understand supply chain, commodity lifecycles, and financial systems and how they help solve complex business problems for specific markets.
• Ability to validate software solutions to meet business needs and ensure quality implementations
• Someone who is interested in learning different client scenarios and environments and wants to help each client with their unique business needs in E/CTRM.
• Experience with training and enabling junior team members
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• BS in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.  

Nice to Have: 

• Understanding of financial and physical instruments used in the Power, Gas or Ags businesses
• Experience working in Power, Risk, or Front Office environments
• Understanding of Endur Reporting architecture, including understanding of core Risk simulation results, Report Builder, TPM, DMS and EOD Workflows
• Experience with Endur deployment procedures including CMM import export and DevOps
• Good knowledge of the Endur data model for transactional data and static data.
• Knowledge of the Endur application in the following areas: Deal Entry, Operations Services, Events, Back Office data generation and workflow processing.
• Ability to design and implement curves (Forward and Market) for pricing and valuation

Responsibilities: 

• Provide industry and functional advice and troubleshooting in the discovery workshop, design, implementation, testing, and production support of the Openlink Endur solution for the client’s business needs
• Contribute and support the deliverables of the technical consultants by providing business guidance, review, testing, and validation of the results
• Participate in implementation, upgrade and support projects
• Provide client training services in the product and business processes
• Provide guidance to Business in one or more areas of Openlink Endur configuration and in one or more energy commodities

Service Wire Company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with the ability to work alongside and lead a small maintenance team responsible for equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and keeping the plant operational.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Supervisor leads maintenance mechanics and electricians to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, partners with Production to minimize downtime, and ensures compliance with OSHA standards. Responsibilities include scheduling maintenance activities, improving equipment reliability, developing standard procedures, tracking performance metrics, training employees, and supporting continuous improvement and capital projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads a team of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair.
• Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Update spare parts file for part numbers creation based on needs and equipment reliability.
• Ensures maintenance is scheduled in a timely manner and works closely with Production to schedule and accomplish equipment and facility repairs.
• Develop and/or maintain Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting the performance of the maintenance function (downtime tracking, work order creation and coordination, repetitive maintenance requests, maintenance responsiveness).
• Provides long-term solutions and day-to-day support to all operating teams having issues with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, etc.
• Trains employees in proper work methods and safety procedures.
• Utilize learned experiences to spread knowledge across shifts, ensuring all maintenance department learns on how to solve and address specific issues on each equipment.
• Develop SOP to standardize troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintains accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.
• Sends daily reports to operational team on PM and equipment status.
• Modification of PM frequencies based on known/documented failure(s) history.
• OEM best-practices and feedback from mechanics/inspections.
• Facilitate mechanic and operator inspections.
• Creation of nonscheduled work orders, maintain history of repairs and parts used.
• Identify capital needs and solutions focused on operational improvements within the facility.
• Submit purchase requests based on projects and equipment reliability.
• Participate in securing project job bids process and providing recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of maintenance or process/project engineering experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and previous leadership experience preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and decision making, capability to adapt with good planning and priority setting skills.
• Experience with process controls and extrusion.
• Advanced troubleshooting techniques in mechanical and electrical fields (e.g. PLCs, instrumentation, gearboxes, extruders, dryers, mixers, vacuums, pumps, etc.)
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory and scheduling software preferred.
• Strong leadership skills (conflict resolution, facilitation, change management skills, decision making, empowerment and delegation) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and construction teams with document control, correspondence, and contract administration.
• Manage the receipt, tracking, and distribution of RFIs, submittals, technical documents, plans, and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project logs, meeting minutes, and weekly progress reports.
• Support review of submittals, drawings, and construction deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, inspectors, and airport or agency representatives to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Assist with change order reviews, cost tracking, and schedule updates.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
• Help prepare project correspondence, reports, and administrative packages as required.
• Support project closeout activities including documentation, as-built verification, and turnover materials.

Qualifications
