As a Solution Manager for Referrals and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Responsibilities

• Develop systems design calculations and selection of equipment for multifamily and commercial projects
• Develop plumbing construction documents using Revit MEP

• Set up and manage Revit MEP projects using company templates
• Create, modify, and maintain Revit MEP families
• Manage project files including posting models, coordinating updates, managing links, and maintaining version control
• Be responsible for code compliance research

• Prepare and generate reports as required

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
