As a Solution Manager for Referrals and Community Care, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. Your responsibilities will include facilitating collaboration among various internal and external stakeholders, including governance bodies, process engineering teams, the EHR vendor (Oracle Cerner), and other key program entities. About the role:

Based in Washington, DC this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. • Ability to work extended hours as needed.

Rate: $23 per hour while temping.

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year once permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for underground utility and civil/sitework projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs using digital estimating software
• Review plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Participate in bid strategy meetings and proposal preparation
• Coordinate with project management and operations teams for project handoff
• Support value engineering efforts and cost analysis
• Optional: Represent the company at networking events and industry functions

Qualifications

• Civil construction estimating experience (general construction experience considered)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and bid processes
• Proficiency with PlanSwift (preferred), HCSS HeavyBid, and Agtek
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work full-time in the Alexandria, VA office
• Preferred: Experience in underground utilities and broader sitework
• Preferred: Interest in business development and networking
