The Engineering & Operations Project Director will lead and grow the Georgia office, serving as the senior technical manager over a staff of 6 engineers and strategic leader for complex GDOT and local agency transportation projects. The ideal candidate MUST be a Georgia-licensed PE with the ability to leverage established GDOT relationships to win work, support project delivery, manage quality control , and ensure compliance with GDOT standards serving as the Engineer of Record. Electrical Engineer (2–3 Years Experience)

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in electrical design to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with electrical system layouts for commercial or industrial projects and is proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD. Familiarity with SKM or ETAP software for SCCAF studies is a strong plus.

• Design and model electrical distribution systems in 2D and 3D using Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare electrical layouts, schematics, and construction documents in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC)

The Program Leader, Environmental Fate and Remediation will provide strategic leadership, subject matter expertise and oversight/management of consultant support in assessing, managing, and mitigating environmental risks associated with materials, chemicals and components throughout the lifecycle of company's product systems. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to analyze the environmental fate of materials, managing risks related to restricted and emerging substances of concern, and overseeing site environmental remediation and long-term care programs. The Program Expert will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards, drive continuous improvement, and foster strong cross-functional collaboration to support product development and environmental compliance objectives

In this role, you will:

Environmental Fate Assessment & Strategy

• Lead the assessment and evaluation of the environmental fate of materials, chemicals, components, and packaging in Kimberly-Clark product systems and supply chain operations, including conducting environmental impact analyses and developing strategies to minimize adverse outcomes across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and deploy business processes and controls to manage environmental risks associated with product materials and packaging, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Stewardship teams to integrate environmental fate considerations into product design and innovation.

Substance Risk Management & Compliance

• Identify, evaluate, and manage environmental risks and exposures related to restricted substances and emerging substances of concern throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and interpret evolving environmental regulatory standards and company policy requirements, assessing their impact on products and operations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal standards regarding restricted and emerging substances, including the development and maintenance of governance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead environmental incident response, audits, investigations, and remediation planning for issues related to substances of concern.

Environmental & Site Remediation Program Oversight

• Oversee and manage environmental and site remediation programs, ensuring effective risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and alignment with company policies and corporate financial instructions.
• Develop and implement remediation strategies, monitor program performance, and review/approve action plans in response to critical incidents.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support for environmental remediation projects, including risk assessment and stakeholder engagement.

Program Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement program strategies for the environmental management of substances of concern, including governance frameworks, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate governance committees and provide input on policies, standards, disclosures, and mitigation measures related to environmental fate and remediation. Ensure conformance to relevant Corporate Financial Instructions and process controls.
• Stay current on emerging issues and inform enterprise response, including escalation to executive leadership as needed.

Communication, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

• Prepare and deliver clear communications and reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
• Guide the development of technical and strategic positioning related to environmental fate, remediation, and responsible sourcing.
• Represent Kimberly-Clark in external engagements, including with suppliers, NGOs, and certifiers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Capability Building

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Product Stewardship, Legal, and Enterprise Supply Chain to support product development and compliance objectives.
• Raise the capability of teams to identify and drive mitigation of environmental and sustainability risks and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training programs related to environmental fate, remediation, and compliance.

Position Overview

The Technology team of R&D Americas, located in Kennesaw Georgia, is seeking an experienced Engineer/Technologist in the Surface Treatment and Corrosion testing laboratories. This position plays a critical role in the laboratories that handle lab testing, develop new methods, operate and maintain test equipment, resolve equipment issues, design and implement next generation capabilities to improve existing setup. R&D Americas performs R&D projects and delivers innovation in advanced aluminum alloys with special surface characteristics that meet Novelis customers' requirements and supports Novelis manufacturing plants worldwide. The laboratories are set up to simulate real-production surface treatment processes in automotive/other OEMs and in-service corrosive environment. The Corrosion Labs includes 12 humidity chambers, one of them is dedicated specifically to adhesive/aluminum bond durability in extreme conditions.

The incumbent will work closely with Surface/Corrosion scientists to conduct research work that would include experiments design, testing, data interpretation and data analysis of the results through various laboratory based corrosion tests such as continuous neutral salt spray, cyclic corrosion testing (e.g. G85-A2), adhesive bond durability testing; surface treatment lab includes surface cleaning & etching, chemical conversion coating (e.g. Zn-phosphating), electrochemical oxidation (e.g. anodizing) and chemical bath characterization techniques (e.g. titration). A successful candidate will develop an in-depth knowledge of specialized surface treatment process/corrosion testing, while providing technical expertise/support to routine tests and non-routine experiments.

• This role is a full-time on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for Surface treatment/Corrosion testing according to work request or method specifications for tests
• Conduct Surface treatment/Corrosion testing for research projects and implement design of experiments with high quality and minimal guidance. Compile lab reports with data analysis and interpretation.
• Perform and develop thorough understanding of routine tasks in the Surface Treatment/Corrosion labs, developing specialization in these areas.
• Apply working knowledge and in-depth understanding of surface treatment process and corrosion testing to contribute to the technical feasibility analysis for projects and provide technical guidance.
• Use lab management software to plan and complete specific task requests for various Surface/Corrosion work packages - communicate task updates to partners.
• Use equipment in a safe operating manner and in compliance with Novelis safety standards. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Quality System protocols are followed when operating lab equipment.
• Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., acids, solvents) in accordance with safety procedures. Complete all required on-the-job training and maintain necessary certifications.
• Identify and correct hazards or unsafe practices in immediate work area or routine tasks and report to supervisor or site EHS lead.
• Use the application of standard scientific practices, principles, theories, concepts and techniques to ensure quality.
• Work with teams to identify improvements or modifications to equipment and processes to enhance effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop new testing capabilities (new equipment) and testing methods. Prepare Work Instructions and maintain proper documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Engineering Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant field of study.
• 3 to 5 years' experience performing routine tasks and non-routine experiments in specific Surface treatment process/Corrosion testing.
• Knowledge and understanding of good safe lab practices.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and chemical mixing
• Broad experience with testing and measuring equipment, and laboratory testing tools. Mechanical proficiency and enjoy hands-on work.
• Experience in designing and implementing new capabilities within the Surface Treatment process and Corrosion testing labs
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize responsibility; must be able to manage multiple tasks without compromising the quality of work and data
• An interest in critical thinking, problem solving and attention to details; strong communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills for reporting to internal collaborators
• Proficient with computers and their applications to collect, store, and analyze data and images (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to report test results and findings with specific recommendations during project team meetings.

• The candidate should be proficient with the International Building Code (IBC); ASCE-7; ACI 318; ADM-2020; and AISC.

Our biotech client is seeking a Communications Project Manager to support Corporate Communications and R&D Communications in a part-time freelance capacity.

This is an ongoing 20 hours/week role with an expected duration of 6 months, with potential to extend. This position is fully remote and you will be reporting directly to the VP, Enterprise Communications.

The Communications Project Manager will serve as an operational and organizational engine for two fast-moving communications teams. This role ensures projects progress on schedule, leadership receives accurate and timely reporting, and executive-ready materials are consistently delivered. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, experienced in cross-functional communications, and comfortable working directly with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly project updates for the VP to support executive staff meeting discussions.
• Prepare and maintain monthly team reports for Corporate Communications and R&D Communications.
• Build quarterly business reviews (QBRs), consolidating inputs from multiple workstreams into executive-ready presentations.
• Create and update executive briefing books (1-2 per week), synthesizing complex information into clear, strategic narratives.
• Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesdays at 10 AM PST and Thursdays at 11 AM PST), maintaining agendas, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring all commitments are completed.
• Coordinate project inputs across cross-functional partners; track progress, identify risks, and flag blockers.
• Gather updates from stakeholders and ensure completeness, clarity, and alignment to team priorities.
• Synthesize themes across projects to identify patterns, insights, and strategic throughlines for reporting.
• Prepare materials in polished, executive-ready formats.
• Maintain project trackers, shared documents, and operational workflows across Airtable, OneNote, and Teams.
• Support the operational organization of both communications teams as they undergo structural changes, helping maintain consistency, accountability, and predictable information flow.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, communications, executive support, or similar roles
• Experience supporting executive communications or communications teams.
• Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success managing multiple deadlines and stakeholder inputs.
• Proactive, self-starting working style with a Type A attention to detail.
• Exceptional written communication skills and comfort preparing executive-level materials.
• Ability to confidently engage senior leaders to request updates, clarify details, and push for high quality inputs.
• Comfortable synthesizing information and identifying key themes, insights, and priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills and a personable, professional presence.
