We’re hiring a Base Build Superintendent (Core & Shell Superintendent) to support a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing (fab) project in Manassas, VA. This is a high-visibility, mission-critical construction program involving structural systems, major MEP infrastructure, cleanroom shell, and advanced technology manufacturing space.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead day-to-day field execution for base build scope, including:

• Structural concrete and structural steel
• Building envelope and roofing systems
• Major mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure
• Cleanroom shell and support spaces
• Site logistics and trade coordination

You’ll also:

• Drive jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
• Manage subcontractors and multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
• Develop look-ahead schedules and short-interval plans
• Partner closely with Project Management, Engineering, and QA/QC
• Proactively resolve field conflicts and constructability challenges
• Support commissioning and turnover activities
• Maintain field documentation and daily reporting

What We’re Looking For

• 1-5 years of experience (or more) as a Superintendent in:
• Industrial construction
• Advanced manufacturing
• Semiconductor / Fab construction
• Mission-critical (data centers)
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences facilities
• Experience leading core & shell / base build scope
• Strong knowledge of structural systems and major MEP infrastructure
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 preferred

Strongly Preferred (But Not Required)

• Semiconductor fab experience
• Cleanroom construction experience
• Fast-track or large-budget program experience
• Exposure to tool install or process equipment coordination

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle management of electrical construction projects
• Build and coordinate internal project teams to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and deliverables
• Maintain accountability for project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
• Develop and track project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet changing conditions
• Review contract documents and ensure compliance with all project requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the duration of the project
• Oversee subcontractors and trade partners to ensure performance standards are met
• Manage change order processes and support accurate billing in accordance with contract terms
• Identify risks proactively and communicate mitigation strategies
• Support and reinforce jobsite safety standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical construction projects
• Experience with data center projects preferred
• Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience coordinating with field operations and construction leadership
• Ability to build strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities
• Working knowledge of electrical systems and construction methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus
• Experience in design-build environments is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

• $130,000-$180,000+ depending on experience

The Supply Chain Manager oversees the entire production lifecycle, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished goods. They optimize inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure on-time production to meet customer demand, aiming to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Key duties include demand planning, logistics coordination, ERP management, and mitigating supply risks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and improve logistics, inventory management, and distribution, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and profitability.

• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.

What you'll get to do...

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
