Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects (HVAC/Refrigeration & Mechanical projects) from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.
- Preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, critical path schedules, and quality control programs.
- Planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones, and monitoring progress against established schedules.
- Preparing contracts and negotiating revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing effectively all Foremen, material, and equipment to meet the established budget, schedule, and scope of the projects.
- Preparing progress reports and issuing reports to clients as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to develop and maintain detailed MS Project schedules (startup-task durations, resource allocations, labor costs, etc.).
- Must be able to maintain multiple complex projects in all varying phases of construction at the same time.
- 2-5 years in industrial piping or Ammonia Refrigeration as a Project Manager.
- Successfully completed multiple large-scale industrial Piping and Ammonia Refrigeration projects for reputable contractors.
- Coaching, mentoring, and teaching project teams.
- Advanced financial management and forecasting experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be detail-oriented, self-sufficient, and self-motivated.
- Exceptional planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage a number of projects

Main Responsibilities
- Technical Services and Emergency Support
- Provide guidance and support for equipment installation, electrical system commissioning, and final acceptance testing at major project sites.
- Provide on-site/remote electrical technical support for major project sites and define repair plans.
- Respond to emergency service calls, rapidly diagnose and resolve deep-level electrical technical issues such as electrical component anomalies/malfunctioning to minimize system downtime
- Technical Breakthrough and Business Support
- Serve as the company's internal electrical technical advisor for after-sales service team, providing remote/on-site electrical technical support and solutions for complex issues encountered by frontline after-sales service engineers.
- Lead or participate in root cause analysis for major after-sales issues and draft detailed technical reports.
- Coordinate internal resources to provide strong technical support for frontline after-sales service teams.
- Build and maintain strong technical trust relationships with key clients, understand their underlying needs, and provide expertise if needed.
- Collect and report product quality information and customer potential requirements to enhance product design and market strategies.
- Participate in technical evaluations for new product development projects to ensure product designs fully internalize historical lessons learned, thereby guaranteeing the robustness of the final product
- Team Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing
- Systematize and document electrical technical issues encountered in the field, contributing to the development and refinement of technical service manuals/training materials, and troubleshooting guides.
- Serve as a mentor for junior/mid-level after-sales service engineers, enhancing the overall electrical technical capabilities of the after-sales service team through on-site guidance, case studies, and technical training.
- Develop/optimize electrical-related standard operating procedures and fault code libraries.
- Organize and lead internal technical workshops to share the latest technology trends and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical design/after-sales electrical technical support for commercial/central air conditioning systems, including at least 3 years in an electrical technical expert or team lead role.
- Be proficient in industrial PLC fundamentals and selection of common electrical components and familiar with the principles, construction, and control logic of large chillers.
- Possesses outstanding independent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with proficiency in utilizing various diagnostic tools.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical issues to clients and non-technical personnel.
- Outstanding technical documentation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork spirit and leadership potential, with a willingness to share knowledge and mentor others.

As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems is key to your success in this role.

Night‑Shift Maintenance Technician
Location: Duncan, SC
Schedule: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Shift Structure: Rotational schedule with five consecutive days off every three weeks
Overview
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support a modern, automated manufacturing facility operating on the principles of Safety, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The operation features highly automated assembly lines, advanced manufacturing execution systems, and equipment requiring multi‑craft maintenance expertise.
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role supporting both production and site‑wide operations.
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician performs both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated production and facility equipment. This position requires strong mechanical, electrical, welding, fabrication, and machining skills, with the ability to diagnose, repair, install, and maintain complex production systems.
