Precis is currently seeking a Senior Plumbing Engineer for our Ambler, PA office. This individual must have a background in Plumbing Engineering and a basic understanding of engineering practice within highly regulated industries. We are looking for a resourceful and goal-oriented individual who desires challenging work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide plumbing engineering services to design and oversee the design of complete plumbing systems supporting facility expansions, renovations, remediation, and new construction projects from concept through detailed design and construction, including equipment, piping, and related building components.
- Receive supervision and guidance relating to overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters. Receive direction on unusual conditions and developments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge and use advanced techniques in the modification or extension of standard procedures and design criteria to complete assignments, including the development of details, and specifications. Assist upper-level management to develop new techniques and improve standards and processes.
- Supervise all staff necessary to complete project assignments in alignment the defined scopes, schedules, and budgets. Provide thorough review of project documents for conformity with project assignments and quality assurance.
- Interact with client representatives, equipment vendors, contractors, project managers, and other project team members to coordinate deliverables and breadth of the plumbing design.
- Periodically visit project sites to survey existing conditions and observe construction activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering, or an Associate degree in a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of industry engineering experience.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced knowledge and use of Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Advanced written & verbal communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of applicable codes and industry standards and guidelines.
- Experience with critical environments and related building systems.
- Professional Engineer license is a plus

Requirements:
- B.S. in Physics, Material Science, or relevant Engineering field
- 5 years experience with precision optical alignments or programming automated manufacturing equipment
- 5 years of experience in design of experiments and statistical process control.

What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining centers including lathes and/or mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Edit G‑code and assist with CNC programming as needed.
- Run production jobs, including complex geometries, while meeting setup/run times.
- Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections using precision measuring tools (QMM, OGP, comparators, etc.).

The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient import operations for Kulicke & Soffa. This position focuses heavily on customs clearance, reviewing CBP Form 7501, validating import documentation, and supporting duty classification and regulatory compliance. The role also includes performing Restricted Party Screening (RPS) to prevent unauthorized transactions and ensure alignment with U.S. export control regulations. Assuring a compliant audit trail exists for all Customs entries cleared under Kulicke & Soffa. Assuring that imports and exports of the company are compliant with US Customs and Foreign Local import regulations such as HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification, valuation, country of origin, assists, record keeping, ADD/CVD, special trade programs and other government agency requirements, EAR and ITAR regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day tracking and monitoring of all shipments.
- Review Customs Form 7501 for accuracy (HTS, duty rates, declared value, COO, PGA requirements).
- Verify that broker‐submitted entries align with internal compliance standards, coordinate corrections.
- Review supporting documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, COO certificates
- Work closely with brokers and logistics teams to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Track and apply Section 301/232 tariffs and other custom-related duties.
- Maintain accurate and compliant CBP recordkeeping per 19 CFR §163.
- Interact effectively with multiple functional areas including management, supply chain, distribution, engineering, finance, IT and legal.
- Ensure that proposed customers are screened for Denied Person and Entities, restricted end-uses, and diversion and releases orders as appropriate or refer them to the appropriate personnel for further review and discussion.
- Identify whether other Government agency requirements are applicable to product imports and exports (e.g. DDTC, FCC, FDA, etc.).
- Evaluate all new Government agency requirements to ensure import and export compliance with changes and incorporate into day-to-day operations and standard operating procedures.
- Ascertain that up-to-date profiles and SOPs are provided to all endorsed service providers to ensure proper import and export clearance.
- Communicate with affiliated business units overseas to streamline export and import processes.
- Ensure that a trained back-up is available to assist with compliance functions.
- Perform Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for customers, vendors, and end‐users.
- Document and escalate matches, red flags, or concerns based on internal escalation procedures.
- Support due‐diligence workflows (EUS, CPP, Red Flag questionnaires) as needed.
- Track shipment status, delays, exams, and entry issues.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen import compliance controls.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience with international trade compliance regulations
- Strong working knowledge of HTS classification, import documentation
- Hands-on experience processing Customs Entries (Customs Brokerage experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Access, Word, Outlook)

to specification Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications What we are looking for: Stable Auto Mechanic work history Chrysler Certification required State inspection and emissions licenses Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications helpful and will be considered Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining an elevated level of customer service Ability to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and AC systems Complete required training on a regular basis Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
