Description Boone Power is seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Special Projects and Engineering Technology team. The Engineering Technician supports and maintains key electrical system technologies including SCADA, feeder automation, and field devices such as regulators, reclosers, relays, gateways, and RTUs. This role is responsible for programming, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining substation and distribution equipment and associated control systems. - Must possess the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams/schematics
- Must possess strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter who is able to succeed with little supervision

The Industrial Automation Engineering Director is responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on the successful execution of manufacturing engineering projects. The Construction Manager will provide independent construction quality and compliance oversight and ensure alignment between engineering, construction, and C & Q teams, and reinforces standard work practices across the Project. The Construction Lead will be the single point of contact for construction on the project and will report to the Project Director. PDP is hiring Intermediate & Senior Project Planners to support multiple projects both supporting & leading planning teams with relevant clients in the United States.
These individuals shall report to the PDP Project controls manager. The Planners, in conjunction with the relevant planning teams, have a primary objective to support the engineering, procurement, construction and Commissioning (EPCmV) group in the planning, and execution of large-scale CAPEX projects by providing management with critical, decision-making information that ensures projects deliver on time.
The Project Planner function includes advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, change management implementation and analysis that may involve a major project or several smaller projects. A thorough understanding is required of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced Planning and Scheduling techniques, Risk Analysis, Risk Management, and support of project objectives. The Planner will provide expertise and best practice implementation in the workplace for the region with regard to the planning and scheduling discipli
- Experience using project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6), Excel, PowerPoint and Pertmaster.
- · Ability to coordinate/organize multiple sources of schedule inputs/performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project/program status reports as required.
- · Implement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy, plans and procedures, reflecting both Company and contractor roles, responsibilities and expectations.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
- Conduct the required project schedule analysis, critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis for the project as a whole.
- Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule highlighting bottlenecks / delays and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in in planning/scheduling: preferably in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Significant experience in schedule set up, baselining, monitoring and controlling on large scale projects across the all phases of EPCmV.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in cross-functional environment.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- Software systems and packages including Primavera P6
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
