Role Overview:

• Lead the technical strategy and roadmap for HR systems with a focus on Workday integrations, automation, and optimization.
• Oversee the technical design, development, and deployment of Workday solutions, ensuring best practices for system performance, security, and data integrity.
• Serve as the technical authority for Workday integrations with payroll providers, benefits vendors, finance systems, and other enterprise platforms.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated leader to take on the role of Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) DevSecOps (DSO) Pipeline Team Lead in an exciting Scrum agile environment. What You Will Do

The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization leads the mechanical-electrical hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The HWE Team uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon’s CORE principles. The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world. This includes phased array radar systems, electronic modules, pedestals, and power and liquid cooling systems. The department comprises individuals with technical expertise and experience in all phases of hardware design, integration, and production support.

This role is for a Principal Cooling Systems Engineer to support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. Our primary role is to design and support the fabrication, testing, and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars. We also support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Product Owner (CPO) to lead the Radar Digital Product Line (RDPL) SPY-6 Enterprise Air Surveillance Radar (EASR) effort. This critical role involves providing strategic technical and programmatic oversight for the SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations, supporting program execution, and driving alignment with broader RDPL objectives. The Chief Product Owner will play a key role in delivering high-quality radar systems to the U.S. Navy and contributing to the growth and success of RDPL.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the technical and programmatic leader for the SPY-6 EASR effort within the product line, overseeing the development, integration, and delivery of SPY-6(V)2 and SPY-6(V)3 radar configurations.
• Manage technical baselines and ensure alignment across multiple shipsets and platforms to meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with SPY-6(V)1 teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless integration across the SPY-6 radar family.
• Lead a matrixed engineering team, fostering collaboration across disciplines to meet program objectives and exceed customer expectations.
• Drive the execution of RDPL's productivity and velocity goals through innovative engineering and process improvements.
• Act as the primary interface with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring alignment of technical execution with programmatic goals.
• Influence customer perceptions and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support risk management, schedule adherence, and cost control to meet program deliverables and financial objectives.

Role Overview:

This role is the site SME responsible for coordinating all cleaning validation and verification activities related to intermediate and API manufacturing, including facility surfaces and equipment. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements while implementing effective cleaning strategies across the site. The position is integral to maintaining quality and safety standards in the manufacturing process, supporting both current operations and customer needs. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, execution, and validation of cleaning procedures for equipment, production lines, and facilities.
  
• Write and review cleaning validation protocols and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring that all materials are free of any residues or contaminants.
  
• Coordinate and conduct sampling (e.g., swab, rinse, and surface) and analytical testing to validate cleaning processes and confirm cleaning effectiveness.
  
• Develop and maintain cleaning validation schedules to ensure timely completion of required validations
  
• Review cleaning validation data, ensuring it meets established acceptance criteria, and make recommendations for process improvements.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contamination control and cleaning validation, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment (API CDMO experience is highly desirable)
  
• Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical, API/intermediate, drug product, biologics or related FDA industry
  
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA, ICH guidelines, and other regulatory standards related to contamination control and cleaning validation with extended knowledge of microbial controls within a comprehensive cleaning program.
  
• Proficiency with risk assessment tools such as FMEA.
  
• Previous experience working in cross-functional and project-based environments.
  
• Experience creating metrics for driving continuous improvement
  
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  
• Hands-on experience with cleaning validation and bioburden reduction strategies

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 annual base salary
