Position Overview:

  • The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) owns, cultivates, and expands relationships within Zion Solutions Group’s (Zion) prospects and customers. The SAE acts as the quarterback for assigned and new target accounts, aligning Zion resources, advancing strategic growth, and ensuring exceptional customer outcomes. The SAE will use Zion’s ICP to help qualify, develop, and maintain long-term relationships.


Core Responsibilities:

Account Ownership & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned and new accounts, developing strong multi-level relationships, even when an active opportunity does not exist.
  • Maintain a detailed account playbook that includes organizational charts, key decision-makers, buying criteria, personal preferences, and critical milestones.

Strategic Growth & Positioning

  • Breakthrough to assigned and new target accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and shape opportunities within assigned and new accounts.
  • Partner closely with others on the Business Development Team, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership teams to pursue and secure new business, driving measurable revenue and margin growth.

Customer Advocacy & Experience

  • Champion the customer experience by leading Quarterly Business Reviews (CBRs) and post-project debriefs.
  • Design and execute customer engagement activities such as tailored events, site visits, and executive meetings to strengthen relationships and advocacy.

Planning, Execution & Governance

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and rolling account plans that outline objectives, strategies, key risks, and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and provide timely, data-driven updates on account health, pipeline status, and at-risk relationships.

Metrics & Performance Management

  • Consistently monitor key account performance indicators, including revenue and margin growth, customer retention, pipeline creation, and forecast accuracy. Use these insights to guide strategy, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in Account Executive, BD, or customer success (preferably in material handling/logistics/integration).
  • Proven success, building executive relationships and driving multi-year growth.
  • Strong business acumen; comfortable with financials, ROI, and value cases.

The Role

We are hiring a Quality Site Manager to lead and build the quality program for our Erlanger, Kentucky manufacturing facility.

Hours of work: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 Hrs/Wk - Nominally a 40-hour per week position; however, plant issues will dictate actual requirements.

The Director - Manufacturing Maintenance and Projects will support the Facilities department with the implementation of a comprehensive capital management program for the Americas. The Director - Manufacturing Maintenance and Projects will have direct responsibility for projects up to $1MM and all maintenance activities for the region. Overall, the objective is to achieve high plant on stream factors utilizing the Kuraray maintenance tools provided and adapted to meet the needs of Calgon Carbon with site specific gap analysis and corrective action plans. Additionally, the Director - Manufacturing Maintenance and Projects will have a global responsibility as maintenance liaison with Kuraray in support of MTE and DX strategies.

Budget for minor projects (up to $1MM) is approximately $30MM for the US Plants. The maintenance budgets for the US plants total is $34MM, and the average annual turnaround spend for the Prime lines is another $5MM per year

 
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Identify project needs, oversee the creation of AR's, plan work, and execute projects for all America’s capital project requirements
  • Manage others, train, and delegate these activities to subordinates to expedite improvement
  • Oversee the development of all aspects of the America’s maintenance budget, including capital projects
  • Strive to maintain spending at the budgeted level
  • Serve as Calgon Carbon’s subject matter expert (SME) pertaining to maintenance in its virgin carbon manufacturing and reactivation facilities and liaison with Kuraray regarding all matters maintenance related
  • Oversee the scheduling, planning, and execution of plant maintenance turnarounds on a basis consistent with the maintenance strategy
  • Develop a maintenance strategy that aligns with the plants' goals to reduce product costs and reduce required maintenance capital
  • Manage line managers responsible for supervising the day to day activities of maintenance teams while moving them toward self direction
  • Identify training and development needs of maintenance teams and insure that those needs are met
  • Manage vendor relationships personally and via subordinates to insure that plant needs (quality, costs, and timing) are met

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university) is required
  • Engineering degree required; electrical or mechanical preferred
  • 10+ years Plant maintenance and mid-level management is required
  • 10+ years Plant environment maintenance management experience is preferred

Job Summary/Objective:
