Responsibilities

Software Project Management

• Lead end-to-end management of software development projects, including new features, platform enhancements, and customer driven initiatives.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing in alignment with product and engineering leads.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, backlog reviews, and release readiness discussions.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with product managers to clarify requirements, priorities, and acceptance criteria.

Technical Coordination & Integration

Operational & Process Improvement

• Maintain clear project documentation, schedules, and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical project management with a focus on system integration.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards (HL7, DICOM) and interoperability.

Summary of the Role

The Client Success Engineer works at the intersection of software implementation, support, engineering, and education. Responsibilities

• Work closely with our software engineering team to become an expert in our current software modules and new modules as they are developed
• Help with QA, documentation, and training as new modules are developed, deployed, and operationalized
• Be a central part of the communication feedback loop between the software engineering team, internal subject matter experts, and our clients as our software continues to evolve
• Work with client IT departments to communicate technical and security specifications for how our platform is deployed and supported
• Work closely with our client success managers to help with the technical/IT aspects of implementing our platform for clients
• Protect our software engineer’s time by helping our support team with level 2 / complex support requests
• Build documentation and educational materials for how our software is deployed and used
• Spend approximately 25% of your time traveling to work onsite with other Ascenders at client facilities to help with go lives and operationalizing new modules

Provide Safety Health and Environmental leadership and training to ensure continuous improvement in EHS performance. This is primarily a support role working under the site EHS Manager. Assisting with the administration of compliance programs, procedures, and policies. This role may also act as a liaison with regulatory agencies when necessary.

This position covers two Illinois Innophos locations: Chicago Heights and Riverdale. These two facilities are located approximately 10 miles apart. Work performed will be in a manufacturing of specialty ingredients setting and an office setting. Key Responsibilities

Required Education And Experience

• BS degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience
• 5 or more years of experience in a health and safety role at a manufacturing location, preferably in the chemical or food industry

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including the ability to train
• Working knowledge of OSHA and USEPA regulatory matters covering industrial chemical process operations
• Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

The R&D Testing Technician will execute daily engineering test assigned by Engineering Manager. The candidate will perform various acoustical, mechanical, and electrical tests. The candidate will support the engineers in their ongoing R&D testing to achieve their task on time. The candidate should be well organized, has strong attention to details and able to work in fast paced environment

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform engineering tests including and not limited to: Acoustical testing, mechanical testing and electrical testing
• Documenting and archiving test results and test procedures
• Work with various mechanical tools and fixtures to conduct tests
• Work with electronic test equipment
• Manage the engineering lab, make sure tools and equipment are arranged in the right spot and perform 5S to the labs
• Manage engineering samples with proper labels and arrange them in cabinet
• Support engineers in new developed test procedures by documenting the test procedures
• Support engineers in shipping samples out to customers, purchase experimental parts from website

This role plays a critical part in both managing construction projects from start to finish and driving the preconstruction/estimating process for public and private sector work. The Role We Want You For

As a Project Director, you will provide leadership on projects as the "single point of contact" for the owner, design department, and the project staff. Ensure quality and timely execution of design-build projects from design to completion and deliver the best solutions on projects valued anywhere from a $60 million to over $250 million. At Clayco, The Project Director will work with marketing, pre-construction services, business unit leaders, and mentoring Project Managers and Engineers and have overall responsibility for these projects.

The Specifics of the Role

• Build client and subcontractor relationships.
• Team with Architects, Engineers, and Planners to create and manage a design schedule.
• Establish project forecasts and budgets.
• Manage costs.
• Accept full responsibility for project execution.
• Mentor and develop project management staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related.
• 15+ years of experience managing construction projects ($100+ million) ideally design-build.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Previous experience leading a successful project management team.
• Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders, and scale multi-floor scaffolding.
• Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $165,000 - $190,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).
