Job Summary

Leads all maintenance operations within a complex manufacturing facility to ensure equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and uninterrupted production. Responsible for maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance, staff leadership, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair of all production equipment to support production schedules
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Oversee facility and plant maintenance, including building systems, utilities, and grounds
• Provide technical leadership for equipment installation, modification, and relocation
• Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, environmental, and ISO/IATF standards
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendors, contractors, and maintenance costs
• Lead, train, and develop maintenance personnel, including skilled trades and apprentices
• Track and report maintenance KPIs, downtime, and department performance

Requirements & Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 6–8 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
• Experience managing preventive maintenance, TPM initiatives, and equipment reliability programs
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, utilities, and security
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maintenance performance metrics
• Proven project management experience supporting equipment and facility improvements
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and external service providers
• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration skills

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the design, documentation, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to help translate concepts into manufacturable designs while ensuring products are built efficiently and to high quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to develop CAD drawings, create technical documentation, assist with manufacturing tooling and fixtures, and collaborate with the production team to solve real-world engineering challenges on the factory floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and update 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
• Develop technical documentation such as work instructions, quality plans, and engineering documentation for internal and external use.
• Assist in building manufacturing and welding fixtures according to engineering drawings.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team members to troubleshoot and solve production challenges.
• Provide hands-on support on the production floor when needed.
• Assist engineering team with continuous improvement and product development activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Intermediate AutoCAD skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage and complete projects independently.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to support colleagues when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology program preferred.
• Minimum of two years of CAD experience through coursework or work experience.
• Prior exposure to manufacturing environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience with shop equipment such as drill presses, saws, or welding equipment preferred.
• Machine shop experience preferred.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license.

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. Essential Responsibilities:

• Partner with Sales to ensure supply chain readiness for new product development, commercialization, and scale-up, enabling innovative solutions that meet customer and market needs.

• Develop and implement processes, technologies, and systems (ERP, planning tools, automation, reporting) to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain/Operations) is preferred. Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM (CSCP, CPIM), Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus. Industry board or association involvement is encouraged.

• Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing complex, multi-functional teams.

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing supply chain organizations.

• Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, analytical, and critical thinking skills to optimize cost, service, quality, and scalability.

• Demonstrated success in developing, executing and optimizing supply chain strategies, budgets, and capital plans in a competitive, regulated environment.

• Experience in food manufacturing, distribution, cold chain, and regulatory compliance is strongly preferred.

• Experience working with large-scale retailers, distributors, and co-manufacturers in the food sector.

• Proven track record supporting new product introductions, commercialization, and go-to-market readiness from a supply chain perspective.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
