Insight Global has a client looking for entry level degreed PETS. This is the first level of the Engineering classification. The Engineer will provide engineering/technical expertise to solve problems in the electrical utilities area, with close supervision. They are expected to develop skills in their field of study, and the ability to work with greater independence.

They will be assigned to a project that requires utility pole design mapping. They will be given survey packets of the poles they are mapping. These surveys were collected by the people out in the field. With the survey packets they will know the geographic location of the poles and the different assets (wires, boxes, etc.) attached to each pole. They will use all this information to digitally create the design "distribution" map.

We are seeking an experienced Glazing Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of curtain wall and façade packages on large-scale commercial and high-rise developments across Miami. This role will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through installation and closeout, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in curtain wall, storefront, and architectural glazing systems, with experience managing projects ranging from $1M to $20M in value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of curtain wall and glazing projects from handover through completion
• Oversee multiple façade projects simultaneously valued between $1M – $20M
• Coordinate with general contractors, architects, façade consultants, and internal teams
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and technical documentation related to curtain wall systems
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation of curtain wall systems
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and installation crews
• Track project costs, change orders, and progress billing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing curtain wall, glazing, or façade projects
• Proven experience delivering projects valued between $1M and $20M
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, storefront systems, and architectural glazing
• Experience coordinating with GCs, architects, façade consultants, and engineers
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

We enable internal teams to securely build, deploy, and scale AI capabilities across the company—driving innovation, productivity, and customer impact. Our platform supports 100+ large language models across multiple vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AWS) with 99.99% uptime, serving thousands of employees and dozens of teams.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
• Leadership and project management abilities, including stakeholder management and cross-functional project delivery.

You might also have...

• AI/ML Infrastructure Experience - Working with LLMs, RAG systems, or broader AI/ML infrastructure.
• Container Orchestration - Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Security & Privacy - Experience with secure data handling and privacy frameworks.
• Developer Platform Background - Experience building internal tooling or developer platforms.
• Leadership & Community Engagement - Passion for team building, mentoring engineers, and contributing to open-source initiatives.

Location Details: Remote - United States

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
