Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Inventory Associate to join our Inventory Department team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the availability of products, and optimizing inventory levels. Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic product issues related to installation, configuration, and performance for products such as LED fixtures and lighting control systems.

THE PURPOSE:

Under the direction of the Director of Digital Applications, the Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for gathering requirements, identifying problems and opportunities, and building robust business and technical documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on project objectives. ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATION:

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $90,000 – $120,000. This is a full-time, exempt position. This range represents the low and high end of the expected base salary range for this role based on the applicable location. As the Grind Operator your responsibilities will include

• Producing parts using centreless grinding methods that meet drawing and specification requirements
• Verifying machine settings prior to operation
• Following customer and internal work instructions accurately
• Performing basic machine maintenance in line with PM schedules
• Troubleshooting tooling or equipment issues and maintaining shop floor standards

As the Grind Operator you will bring

We are looking for 1–2 Lab Technicians to support mechanical and thermophysical materials testing as we accelerate hardware development.

What You’ll Do

You will support hands-on testing of structural and high-temperature materials critical to reactor performance.

Mechanical Property Testing

• Tensile testing
• Compression testing
• Friction testing
• 3-point and 4-point bending

Thermophysical Property Testing

• Thermal conductivity testing (Laser Flash Analysis – LFA)
• Coefficient of thermal expansion (Dilatometry – DIL)

Lab Operations

• Operate and maintain Instron and other high-value testing equipment
• Perform precision sample preparation and measurements
• Follow detailed lab procedures and safety protocols
• Ensure high data quality and documentation standards
• Support fast test turnaround while maintaining rigor

Required Qualifications

As an engineer supporting the Air Breathing Propulsion section, the selected candidate will support the design and analysis needs of unclassified and classified programs in Redondo Beach, California.  Candidate will interface with customers to define study areas and report status on current programs and technology development efforts.  Candidate may interface with their management and technical teams to define business relationships and technology initiatives for both IRAD (Internal Research and Development) and CRAD (Contractual Research and Development) efforts.  This position will support a variety of programs performing analysis and integration activities.
