Lead Engineer (Foundry)
We’re seeking a Lead Engineer / Senior Lead Engineer to join a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment and operating platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and investment strategy and is designed for an engineer who wants to build software that directly impacts business performance.
Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position is deeply embedded with Asset Management, Property Operations, and Construction teams. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and business users to design, deploy, and iterate on software solutions that improve NOI, reduce costs, and enhance portfolio performance. Position Summary: The Engineering Manager leads manufacturing engineering activities to ensure hardware products are effectively designed, transitioned, and scaled into production. • Strong technical and analytical skills
