Working at our Cincinnati Aviation Component Service Center:
Our ACSC facility develops and conducts a wide array of engine component repairs including rotating parts, complex assemblies and nozzles on 29 different engine models.
Role Overview:
- Will perform visual and dimensional inspection duties across all areas of the Service Shop.
- Perform functional tests on aircraft components, and simple plate layout on incoming materials as necessary.
- Will verify test setups and perform all types of parts and processes verifications, using necessary inspection techniques and equipment.
- Will maintain necessary and pertinent records, and perform related duties.
- Direct or instruct others as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience inspecting aircraft hardware.
- Demonstrate the use of basic precision measuring instruments including micrometers, dial calipers, and dial indicators.
- Ability to use shop math, including fractions, decimals and ability to learn trigonometry and geometry.
- Experience working with computers, applications, and keyboarding.
- Possess analytical aptitude with methodical attention to detail.
- This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

The Automation Fabrication Technician plays a primary role in the day-to-day operation of Trew’s advanced sheet metal fabrication system. This state-of-the-art system is comprised of many elements including Laser cutters, press brakes, folder, part sorting robots, part forming robots, and automated sheet metal storage and retrieval.

The Process Engineer will be responsible for programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to support the manufacturing efforts. The CMM programming will be done using PC DMIS software. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Head of Cyber Security to lead our security vision, strengthen our infrastructure and data protection, and ensure the safety, compliance, and resilience of our systems as we scale.
Position Overview
The Head of Cyber Security will own AppJaxx’s overall security strategy and execution. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving security architecture, policies, monitoring systems, and risk management frameworks to protect company data, client information, and operational continuity.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—someone who can build enterprise-grade security environments, proactively identify vulnerabilities, implement modern defense mechanisms, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business growth and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the company’s overall cybersecurity strategy aligned with business growth and risk management goals.
Design, implement, and maintain secure infrastructure, networks, applications, and data protection systems.
Establish security policies, governance frameworks, and compliance standards across the organization.
Monitor threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents while leading rapid detection, response, and remediation processes.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Client Delivery, and Leadership to ensure security is embedded across all systems and workflows.
Oversee security audits, penetration testing, access controls, encryption standards, and identity management.
Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Develop incident response plans, disaster recovery processes, and business continuity strategies.
Evaluate, implement, and manage cybersecurity tools, platforms, and external security vendors.
Lead and grow the cybersecurity function, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Continuously identify opportunities to strengthen security posture using automation, AI-driven threat detection, and emerging cybersecurity technologies.
