Position Overview

Are you a seasoned construction leader who thrives on bringing complex projects to life—from initial design through ribbon‑cutting? As a Sr Manager, Construction, you’ll oversee all phases of new store builds and remodels, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you’ll lead construction project management staff, coordinate architects and engineers, direct vendor and contractor activity, and serve as the authority on construction methods, materials, and quality. What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Management

• Oversee and develop construction project management staff, including hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and handling disciplinary matters.

• Respond to inquiries from internal leaders, vendors, and external partners; interpret policy, provide documentation, resolve discrepancies, and address complex challenges.

Construction Project Execution

• Manage store construction projects from design phase through construction and warranty period.
• Ensure high‑quality construction, adherence to drawings and specifications, and effective job‑site coordination.
• Lead construction meetings, oversee building and FF&E delivery schedules, and address project‑related questions for seamless execution.

Construction Operations & Oversight

• Oversee bid package development, general contractor selection, contract development, and coordination meetings.
• Maintain comprehensive project files and documentation.
• Review financial reports, approve progress payments, verify lien releases, review billing, and generate punch lists.
• Develop and coordinate construction schedules aligned with merchandising timelines, fixture installation, refrigeration schedules, vendor activity, and contractor requirements.

Design Coordination & Regulatory Compliance

• Partner with Store Design Teams to review budgets, plan layouts, and ensure construction specifications and drawings meet accuracy, code compliance, and company standards.
• Work with local, state, and federal agencies to secure construction permits, including planning, building, fire, health, ADA, and air quality compliance.

Budgeting, Procurement & Cost Management

• Develop and manage blueprint and final estimates related to building and FF&E costs.
• Collaborate with purchasing to coordinate equipment orders, vendor services, materials, and contract services based on final project estimates.

Project Closeout

• Manage project closeout by compiling accurate “As Built” drawings, archiving specifications, and completing project maintenance manuals.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing operations.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of grocery store ground-up builds or grocery store remodel experience

Knowledge & Expertise

• Strong leadership ability with experience coordinating multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of construction concepts, building trades, and building code compliance.

Work Environment

This role operates in both a business office environment and active construction sites throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and four tribal lands.

Position Overview

Prism is seeking an experienced Telecom Designer with a comprehensive understanding of structured of cabling, backbone and horizontal distribution systems, telecom spaces, and supporting infrastructure. This role requires the ability to independently design, coordinate, and problem-solve complex telecom systems with minimal to no supervision while collaborating with internal teams, clients, and other disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of network topologies, architectures, and network types
• Design, evaluate, and optimize Backbone and Horizontal Distribution Systems.
• Perform site surveys, capacity assessments, upgrade recommendations based on client and/or site needs.
• Design building pathways and resolving complex routing with constructability in mind.
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive cabling pathway designs, including cable tray, conduit, J‑hooks, plenum and non‑plenum spaces, and wall or barrier penetrations
• Perform fiber and copper infrastructure design, including fiber type and strand counts, conduit fill calculations, backbone layouts, cross‑connect and LIU schedules, and single- or multi‑building fiber one‑line diagrams
• Design and coordinate telecommunications spaces, including entrance facilities, equipment rooms, telecom rooms, enclosures, and data centers
• Design and coordinate telecom outlet locations using diamond studies, and wireless access point placement using heat mapping and CAD tools
• Review and verify product data submittals for compliance with construction documents and specifications

• This position reports to a manufacturing engineering group leader along with Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technicians, Manufacturing Engineer/Programmers, Associate Manufacturing Engineers and Senior Manufacturing Engineers. Applying learned engineering techniques, the incumbent independently evaluates, selects and applies standard manufacturing engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. • In pre-production and production phases of a program, the Mfg. Engineer will determine manufacturing procedures, establish operation sequencing, prepare tooling and gauging lists, prepare and proveout N/C programs and write detailed operation sheets to produce complex machined parts and sub-assemblies to meet engineering drawings. He/She will also prepare engineered or estimated time standards for setup and run hours for each operation.
  
• The incumbent provides technical support to the production shops solving problems and improving processes associated with the parts he/she is responsible for. These problems may arise for any number of reasons such as tooling, machine tool, gauging, heat treating, and plating. The solution of these problems may require the Manufacturing Engineer's decision alone, or could result in contacting and working with other members of the Manufacturing Engineering Department, Client Product or Design Engineers, Quality Assurance personnel, M & P Engineers, Inspectors, Production supervision, Purchasing, Production Scheduling, or client's vendors.
  
• As a result, the Manufacturing Engineer must not only possess the human relations skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of people, but must also have the initiative to contact and coordinate with other groups when a problem solution so requires. This position entails the fabrication and assembly of complex Space flight cable and harnesses assemblies from drawings, schematics, wire lists, or engineering sketches in conformance with government specifications and workmanship standards. Assembly is performed in a professional atmosphere in an ESD and FOD awareness area. Regular use of soldering iron, tweezers, heat guns, and other common hand tools.

Candidates will complete a Hands-On Skills Assessment, demonstrating technical proficiency to perform required job duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Obtain all necessary information to perform job assignments and report any discrepancies to appropriate personnel.

• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to perform point-to-point assembly, where assemblies and subassemblies require wiring and soldering of large masses of wires in confined spaces.

• Following appropriate wiring diagram, perform wiring using harness boards, tie-in cables and harnesses.

• Perform electrical/electronic and mechanical assembly tasks working alone or as a member of an assembly team as assigned.

• Lay out and construct harness boards to assemble and form wiring and cables for a wide variety of electrical/electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

• Mix and apply bonding components and encapsulate.

• Use and operate a broad range of hand tools and assembly equipment to perform tasks.

• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Basic Qualifications for Level 2 Harness Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 3 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.

• Must be capable of successfully completing Certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.

• Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3 Harness Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED plus a minimum of 6 additional years of education and/or relevant experience in assembly, electronics, manufacturing, production or logistics.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring.

• Must be capable of successfully completing certification to IPC WHMA-A-620 (Cable and Wire Harness Assembly) and NASA-J-STD.

• Experience reading drawings and wiring diagrams.

• Exceptional mechanical/electrical aptitude.

• ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) and Crimping Experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
