About the School of Biological Sciences at the Georgia Institute of Technology
Undergraduate degree programs include 4-year BS and 5-year BS/MS programs in Biology and Bioinformatics. Graduate degree programs include: MS and PhD in Biology, MS and PhD in Bioinformatics, MS and PhD in Computational Science and Engineering as well as PhD in Quantitative Biosciences, Ocean Sciences and Engineering, Applied Physiology, and Dual Degree Doctor of Physical Therapy/ Doctor of Philosophy. Job Summary
The Spatial Ecology & Paleontology Lab at Georgia Tech would like to invite applicants for a postdoctoral position. We are seeking a new member of our research community to be jointly supervised by Jenny McGuire (Georgia Tech) and Michelle Lawing (Texas A&M). This postdoctoral research associate would join a vibrant team of international researchers investigating global change ecology.
If aspects of this position sound interesting to you, even if you do not possess all the skills listed, we strongly encourage you to apply. Reviewing of applications will begin ASAP and continue until the position is filled. Start date as early as Summer 2025, but flexible. Postdoc must be a resident at Georgia Tech. The position is for one year with the opportunity to extend for an additional year (currently two years of funding in total) and several options for further expansion on upcoming grant submissions.
Responsibilities
Depending on the postdocs expertise and interests, tasks will include a combination of the following:
- Computational analysis to evaluate the climate tracking and climate fidelity of mammal and plant taxa.
- Mentorship and research facilitation of graduate students examining the effects of arid conditions various aspects of taxonomic variety of fossils from Natural Trap Cave, Wyoming.
- Participation in a large international collaboration examining trait-environment relationships.
- Participation in grant writing and collaborative papers. It is our utmost priority to ensure that postdocs in the lab take on projects that will allow them to achieve scientific visibility that will make them as competitive as possible in this difficult job market.
Required Qualifications
An earned doctorate in PhD is required by the start of the appointment.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have strong interpersonal, R programming, spatial analysis, database analysis, and paleontological skills. Adequate knowledge of skeletal morphology of mammals or reptiles would benefit the candidate.

About the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology
The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the Georgia Institute of Technology is one of the largest producers of electrical engineers and computer engineers in the United States. Almost 2,600 students are enrolled in the School's graduate and undergraduate programs, and in the last academic year, 801 degrees were awarded. All ECE undergraduate and graduate programs are in the top five of the most recent college rankings by U.S. News & World Report.
In addition to the main campus in Atlanta, Georgia, ECE also has permanent operations at Georgia Tech-Lorraine in France and Georgia Tech-Shenzhen in China. Job Summary
The School of Electrical and Computer Engineering is seeking to hire Research Scientist.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conceive, plan, and conduct individual research in broad areas relevant to the mission of the laboratory (imaging, therapy and contrast/therapeutic agents.
- Serve as the technical lead for the laboratory in your area of expertise.
- Plan and direct a number of collaborative research projects including coordination of research activities between groups and disciplines.
- Develop new instruments, materials, processes, scientific methods, approaches and algorithms.
- Responsible for directing others; plans, organizes, and supervises the work of laboratory scientists, engineers, and technicians. Evaluate progress and results obtained, recommend major changes to achieve overall objectives.
- Participate in strategic planning; key role in identifying and acquiring research funding.
- Review schedules, cost and documentation to ensure success of projects.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Experience in optics, ultrasound, imaging and instrumentation.
- Training in optics/photonics and acoustics.

- Experience in mechanical design automation applications such as SolidWorks.

About the School of Music at the Georgia Institute of Technology
The School of Music is a global leader in undergraduate and graduate education in music technology, in music and music technology research and creative work. The school fosters a dynamic mix of music performance experiences for students from all academic disciplines and musical backgrounds. The College of Design at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites nominations and applications for the position of Chair of the School of Music in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Chair will have the opportunity to build upon the success of the School of Music, driving innovation and excellence as we lead innovation in education and research at the interface of music and technology. The new Chair will be expected to provide overall leadership and vision for the development of a comprehensive program of teaching and research at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a terminal degree (PhD or equivalent) in a related field with a distinguished record of scholarly achievement that qualifies for a tenured position. The candidate's career should be deeply rooted in the field of music technology, bringing a detailed understanding of the field and its subfields.
Preferred Qualifications
The candidate must maintain an active commitment to the profession and to the promotion of excellence in teaching and research. Candidates must illustrate the ability to engage community and corporate leaders and work effectively with faculty, students, and administrators. Significant experience in academic and/or research administration is desirable.

Job Duty 1 - Support the procurement team in executing various procurement processes, including vendor selection, purchase order creation, and contract management.
Job Duty 2 - Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Duty 3 - Ensure that all procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices, are accurately maintained and easily accessible for review and audits.
Job Duty 4 - Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of goods and services, addressing any delays or issues that arise.

Department Information
Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) at Georgia Tech is an auxiliary unit within the Division of Infrastructure and Sustainability (I&S). PTS interfaces with the entire campus population and constituencies external to campus. The services provided by PTS are as diverse and customer oriented as the consumers served. PTS oversees both the campus parking operations and transportation services.
The Parking Department is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all campus parking services for Georgia Tech. It self-operates a comprehensive parking program that includes customer service, cashiering, enforcement, maintenance, and event operations.
The Transportation Department manages a comprehensive network of transit services designed to provide the campus community with an effective and safe transportation alternative around the campus and within specific boundaries or destinations off campus. You will be the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication) for the team which is responsible for soldering, final bench assembling, and continuity checking aircraft electrical radio and radar assemblies.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Electrical Wiring Fabricator (Fabrication), you will be responsible for setting up and operating automated wire processing machines to number, cut, strip, lug, and otherwise process wire for use in electrical parts, assemblies, and accessories.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling and wiring completely aircraft electrical, radio, and radar units such as main junction and terminal boxes, main engine disconnect plug, main control, switch panels, radio panels, and instrument panels
- Completing hookup of wiring, flexes, and cables, and troubleshooting electrical and radio assemblies having multiple interconnected units and accessories
- Forming and running harnesses, breaking out and terminating wiring to terminal points where wire routing and location of electrical units and accessories are established by jig board layouts
- Making continuity checks (including necessary operation) of above assemblies and harnesses as required, and selling same to inspection
- Fabricating completely hi-voltage radio and radar cables that require the soldering of multiple wires, shields, tubes, connectors, pins, washers, spacers, and cores

Your Role
As a Sales / Account Executive you will help drive new business to our industry leading software and services. Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate meetings with construction clientele at all levels, with a focus on Owners/Agencies, Architects/Engineers, General Contractors, and Construction Managers
- Work closely with Client Solutions and Inside Sales teams for market penetration through outbound prospecting, trade shows, networking, etc
- Leverage personal network and social media (ie Linkedin) for market education and promotion of Multivista services
- Identify, develop and grow client relationships at an account and project basis
- Effectively demonstrate Multivista’s solutions, specific to client/project needs (Multivista Webcam, UAV/Drone, Progress Photography, Laser Scanning, +++)
- Manage activities, meetings, and opportunity history from initial contact to internal handover utilizing a highly customized CRM (Salesforce) and lead database (Dodge Construction Data)
- Speak to Hexagon Multivista ancillary services (ie "Create" + "Analyze") to identify opportunities for expanded offerings
- Support field technology initiatives & project operations across your designated region

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience in construction or technology related sales
- Self-motivated, competitive mindset with desire to maximize company revenue and personal income
- Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone and in virtual / in-person meetings
- Comfort working with others; strength in communication and teamwork
- Coachable, organized, and disciplined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) and related systems (ie Microsoft SharePoint/TEAMS)
- Strong understanding of the construction, engineering, or technology industries is a plus
Compensation
Total compensation may range from $60,000–$150,000+ (base salary + incentives), uncapped, based upon performance.

About the Role

The Technology Account Executive is a new-business, hunter-focused position responsible for prospecting, opening doors, and winning new customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something of their own, a book of business created through effort, consistency, and curiosity.
While relationships you bring in will be nurtured long-term, the primary focus is new logo acquisition. You will own your pipeline end-to-end, from first outreach through close, working closely with engineering and services teams to deliver thoughtful, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development (Primary Focus): Proactively prospect, network, and hunt for net-new accounts within assigned markets and verticals. Create opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Pipeline Ownership: Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- Consultative Selling: Engage prospects using a discovery-first approach to understand business challenges. Learn SureLock’s solutions and guide customers toward outcomes that solve real problems.
- Customer Experience Leadership: Own the customer journey from first conversation through close. Ensure a professional, transparent, and trust-based experience throughout the sales process.

- Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships with accounts you bring into SureLock. Create repeatable value and future growth opportunities.

- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Technology sales experience is a plus but not required. Compensation will align with experience.

Job Mission
The Manufacturing Associate - BOMs and Routers is responsible for receiving bills of materials (BOMs) from engineering, entering into ERP system, checking for accuracy and printing BOMs prints for routing associate. This role ensures that BOMs are entered in a timely and accurate fashion, and in alignment with production schedules. The Manufacturing Associate - BOMs and Routers builds strong relationships with the Manufacturing Associate Lead as well as the Router Associate, collaborates cross-functionally with planning, engineering, and production teams, and supports continuous efforts by identifying opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, including the use of digital tools and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to ensure timely and accurate BOMs are entered to meet production goals and quotas
- Verify in ERP system BOMs and part numbers match both ERP and Engineered drawings
- Print individual parts from BOMs to provide to Routing for work order creation
In this role you are required to act in accordance with the Piab Code of Conduct and demonstrate alignment with Piab's values, mission, and routines.

- Works closely with Engineering, Routing associate, Production Planning and Inventory Control
Skills and Abilities
- High School degree or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and lead times
- Strong team player with a proactive and collaborative approach
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with Global Shop ERP system or similar
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience supporting build-to-order or custom manufacturing environments
- Experience using digital tools, automation, or AI to improve workflow efficiency, data accuracy, or reporting processes
