A well-established commercial glass and glazing subcontractor in the Raleigh market is looking to bring on an experienced Estimator to join their growing team. This role will focus on preparing accurate project estimates, reviewing construction documents, and supporting the preconstruction process for a wide range of commercial glazing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare accurate takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial glass and glazing projects
- Analyze project scope and identify potential risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost considerations
- Prepare detailed estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
