THE WORK
The GG SIGNAL SWE leading multi faceted mission critical system development, deployment and evolution. The successful candidate will provide SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support, analyze signals of interest, and design software modules for advanced signal processing. This role requires expertise in both coding and signal processing to optimize customer accesses and develop innovative processing solutions. The following are the primary functions of the position:
• Provides concise explanation of developed models to allow other team members to understand/utilize models or algorithms for processing signals of interest.

Responsibilities
- This technician will support a large federal agency's Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment
- This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards
- Lead network survey, design and installations under direction of the government
- analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
- Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
- Knowledge of DISA network topologies and standards
- Topology and rack elevations using Visio
- Create detailed Site Survey reports detailing a site's current infrastructure, NIST and TEMPEST compliance, along with design recommendations
- Configure, install, test, certify, and troubleshoot network infrastructure cabling
- Ensure Network cabling infrastructure is compliant with current NIST and TEMPEST Standards
- Build and install equipment racks
- Install, dress, label, and terminate Cat6 and Fiber cable in telecommunications rooms
- Test and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues on SIPR and NIPR networks
- Create accurate reports and documentation to design/certify network infrastructure
- Track, manage, and ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Develop Bills of Material (BOM) for network plant design requirements
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance and scheduled upgrades (Life-cycle replacements)
- Investigate physical faults in the network
- Report network infrastructure deployment status to key stakeholders

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Ownership
- Lead a diverse portfolio of land development projects from due diligence to final delivery.
- Shape and execute regional land development strategies that directly support business growth.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on acquisition strategy, feasibility analysis, and risk management.
Entitlements, Due Diligence & Regulatory Leadership
- Drive entitlement processing, zoning approvals, and permitting across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead site feasibility analyses, due diligence efforts, and initial site visits for prospective acquisitions.
- Actively participate in Site Investigation Teams, supporting Land Acquisition Managers and Legal Counsel.
- Represent the company at public hearings, agency meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Design, Consultant & Contract Excellence
- Select, negotiate, and manage engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Lead RFP development, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations for professional and construction services.
- Review and approve technical plans, reports, and construction documents prior to agency submission.
- Establish and uphold regional development standards, construction guidelines, and approved consultant lists.
Construction & Infrastructure Execution
- Direct site development activities including roads, utilities, stormwater systems, grading, erosion control, landscaping, and amenities.
- Oversee bid package preparation and contractor selection with an eye for quality and value.
- Ensure construction meets approved plans, schedules, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Resolve complex field and constructability challenges while evaluating innovative solutions.
Financial Stewardship & Value Creation
- Lead development of detailed land development budgets and cost estimates.
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, and risk exposure across the project portfolio.
