- A degree in construction management, electrical or civil engineering, or similar
- At least 5 years’ construction project management experience

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who is passionate about intellectual property law and has a strong background in patent litigation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling high-stakes intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade, and ITC matters.
Responsibilities: As a Permanent Associate
- Litigation
- Intellectual Property Litigation, you will be expected to: 1.
Handle a wide variety of patent, trade, and ITC litigation matters.
2.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
3.
Prepare and argue motions in federal court.
4.
Represent clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.
5.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
6.
Develop case strategies and manage client relationships.
7.
Provide legal advice to clients on intellectual property rights.
8.
Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
9.
Stay current on developments in intellectual property law and share knowledge with team members.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: 1.
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admitted to practice in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction.
3.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a particular focus on patent litigation.
4.
Strong technical background in engineering or a related field.
5.
Proven experience representing clients before the federal circuit and appeal board.
6.
Familiarity with ITC litigation.
7.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
8.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
9.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

This role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling and a track record of success in leading complex M&A transactions.

Responsibilities: Lead the execution of M&A and corporate development initiatives, including the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and closing of potential deals.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support M&A and corporate development activities, including valuation, synergy analysis, and deal structuring.
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations, to ensure successful deal execution and integration.
Prepare and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
