Position Summary
Provides strategic leadership to department service lines which may include Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Service Desk, Project Management, Security and Access Management. This position has a key role in enabling LRHS to successfully increase organizational flexibility and agility, and ultimately deliver high quality customer services as well as ensuring that all major initiatives are successfully produced on time, within scope, and within budget. This role proactively assesses the impact of IT and healthcare industry trends to current and future enterprise information, applications, and security needs and projects. Interfaces with business leaders and other IT functional leaders to define applications and information initiatives and solutions for improving the organizations services and operations. Participates in IT strategy planning activities, bringing a current knowledge and vision of healthcare applications, solutions and best practices and processes. Researches and recommends a strategic action plan to prevent problems and to maintain high service levels for the user community. Standard Work Duties: Director - Information Services
Strategic/Tactical: Develops enterprise strategic and tactical plans consistent with the LRHS Strategic Plan in collaboration with executive team members. Plans, develops and manages the implementation roadmap for the strategic and tactical plans. Plans, prepares and administers departmental expense and capital budgets. Suggests and recommends ideas and solutions for complex project based issues, needs and problems.
Business Alignment: Ensures strategic alignment of LRHS business areas with a goal of leveraging technology to improve customer service and maximize business results. Oversee the LRH portfolio of projects and the associated business and technical processes to ensure the efficient review, planning and execution of projects. Facilitate building and managing the LRHS Project Management Office by defining and developing project/program management strategies, practices, governance standards, processes, tools, and metrics.
Demand Management: Delivers prioritization and portfolio/project management, including planning and forecasting and having key input on the approval or cancellation of projects and project requests based on data, analyses and business circumstances. Partners with LRHS leadership to define opportunities to identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (return on investment, productivity, compliance).
Relationship Management: Establishes and manages relationships with key stakeholders in the LRHS business areas and technology related vendors. Ensures vendor contracts are properly developed, negotiated, executed and managed.
Functional Management: Leads and develops multiple teams and staff. Allocates resources based upon the priorities and demand of the LRHS business areas. Ensures information assets and technologies are adequately protected; IT Risks are reduced; and appropriate standards, controls, security technologies, policies and procedures are established.
IS Management: Plans and manages the development and continuous improvement of the IS Management System, Solution Development Life Cycle methodologies and Project Management standards, processes and policies that enable the business to deliver quality solutions consistently and efficiently. Provide leadership to the IS teams and business by setting short and long term goals for the service lines in scope in alignment with the strategic plan and following best practices in the healthcare industry and proven processes in the IT industry. Ensure ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including HIPAA.
Technology Evaluation/Recommendation/Approval: Directs and oversees the evaluation, selection, purchase and implementation of applications and tools in concurrence with the LRHS standards
Executive Communication: Communicates on a regular basis with LRHS executive leadership, business area management and other key stakeholders to ensure services are being delivered in a manner consistent with current service level agreements and also to identify future requirements.
Solutions and Technology Currency: Analyzes technological advancements, both inside and outside the healthcare industry, to determine potential impact on the LRHS business environment. Prepares and presents technology recommendations to LRHS executive management

Position Summary
The IS Senior Epic Server Engineer will be responsible for implementing and supporting Epic EHR solutions client and server components that take into account appropriate redundancy, availability, scalability, security and manageability requirements of Lakeland Regional Health’s IS Department. This individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the technical strategy, vision, architecture and evolution of LRH’s Epic implementation(s), infrastructure and ancillary technologies. This role will be responsible for architecture and implementations including, but not limited to, MyChart, Epic-Link, Epic Hyperspace Web, Epic interconnect servers, Epic FIPS servers, BCA and Web deployment, Kuiper, Haiku, and Canto to support Lakeland Regional’s patient, guest and employee population. He/she must have the experience and technical competence to implement server and application infrastructure, validate implementations and ready systems for operational hand overs. This individual will work collaboratively with other groups participating in system sustaining engineering activities such as upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and expansions as well as provide last-level support of escalated technical issues. Knowledge of Cache or dba practices, VMware, Active Directory, and Citrix XenDesktop, and NetScaler preferred.

Summary
Our client is seeking an Associate Database Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and support of enterprise database platforms, primarily MySQL. As a key member of the team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and testing all databases across the enterprise, providing expert Tier III support for SQL databases supporting client-server and web-based applications. Responsibilities

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Senior Commercial Process Engineer – Compounding/Blending (Formulating) is responsible for the development, continuous improvement, optimization, and technical support of manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Key responsibilities include the hands-on leading technology of transfers, troubleshooting deviations, performing process validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, efficiency, and safety throughout the product lifecycle. This role will be an integral member of the team that develops and brings new products to market, as well as drive process improvement for current products.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Analyze commercial process monitoring data to identify trends, conduct technical investigations, and implement engineering solutions to improve yield, quality, and efficiency.
Technology Transfer:
- Directly lead or support the transfer of new products and processes from R&D or other sites to commercial manufacturing, including conducting gap analyses and risk assessments.
Validation & Documentation:
- Author and execute validation protocols for process validation, cleaning validation, and equipment qualification. Develop and maintain essential technical documentation, including user requirements, SOPs, and reports.
Troubleshooting & Deviation Management:
- Investigate technical issues, lead Root Cause Analyses, and support the implementation of corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) for deviations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Project Management teams to achieve project objectives and ensure successful process implementation.
Compliance & Regulatory Support:
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and GMP standards. Participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
Equipment & Engineering Support:
- Define user requirements for new process equipment and participate in Factory/Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT) and commissioning for new systems.
QUALIFICATION:
Engineering Expertise:
- A degree in chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with compounding and processing liquids, creams, ointments, emulsions and aerosols.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab) and data analysis, with strong technical writing and presentation skills.
Regulatory Knowledge:
- Thorough understanding of GMP and other relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing regulations.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to conduct technical investigations and lead problem-solving initiatives to resolve complex manufacturing issues while operating within project completion deadlines.

Job Specific Duties
- Creates detailed planning reports and analyses to support organizational strategic decision-making, providing data, visuals, and graphics that support strategic initiatives.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive records of occupancy decisions and planning schedules to facilitate proactive decision-making and support long-term facility growth and timely project execution.
- Collaborates with teams on site selection and evaluation to enable the strategic placement of facilities.
- Carefully prepares detailed agendas to ensure productive discussions, schedules, and leads routine Space Planning and Space Planning Committee meetings with a focus on collaboration and strategic decision-making. Prepares and distributes, action-item-focused meeting minutes that clearly outline responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-up tasks to drive accountability and progress.
- Regularly reviews and updates space planning policies to align with organizational goals and evolving needs.
- Coordinates space requests and collaborates with key stakeholders to gather input and ensure that space planning aligns with organizational needs and strategic objectives.
- Leads and coordinates, at times with 3rd party consultants, the development of feasibility studies and programming assessments to determine the most effective use of space for leadership approval.
- Leads the development of space programs and conceptual layouts for multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and future growth as well as functionality.
- Organizes and coordinates project programming and timely approvals, collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project solutions and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Prepares initial capital project budgets during planning phase and before capital approval to meet established program requirements, quality standards, and timelines.
- Manages ongoing communications to relevant parties, facilitating clear understanding of progress, updates, and pending decisions.
- Supports the preparation and evaluation of design Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to ensure program requirements are included.
- Works with consultants, design teams, project managers, and the sustainability team to ensure that sustainability goals, functional efficiency, NCHS space standards, and budget constraints are accounted for during initial stages of designs.
- Leads the coordination of existing facility condition evaluations, including interior and exterior spaces, and the building envelope, to inform long-term capital maintenance and planning.
- Oversees the maintenance and accuracy of as-built drawings, ensuring that life-safety compliance is maintained.
- Oversees the Facilities Management (FM) systems to ensure operational efficiency and that space utilization data is current and accurate.
- Uses Revit or AutoCAD to document and validate existing facility layouts, including personnel space assignments and architectural accuracy.
- Collaborates with department leadership and the Foundation to identify philanthropic opportunities for upcoming projects and provides guidance on potential locations for philanthropy opportunities.
- Supports the professional development of planning teams by mentoring and providing guidance on best practices in facilities and space planning.

The Technical Support Engineer (TSE) is a technical, escalation‑focused role responsible for advanced troubleshooting, environment validation, and root cause analysis across application, endpoint, and network layers. This role supports complex customer issues that require deeper technical investigation beyond standard product workflows.
The TSE role requires strong foundational endpoint and operating system troubleshooting skills aligned to CompTIA A+ level knowledge (or equivalent), along with networking fundamentals aligned to CompTIA Network+ level knowledge (or equivalent). The Support Engineer differentiates product defects from environmental, endpoint, and network‑related causes and provides complete diagnostic evidence prior to escalation to Engineering or Product teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point (L2/L3) for complex technical issues raised by Product Support Representatives (PSRs).
- Conduct detailed endpoint diagnostics, including OS configuration, workstation requirements, drivers, resource utilization, and client-side dependencies.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues affecting application performance, including DNS, ports, firewall rules, latency, and packet loss.
