The Team
The MassMutual Enterprise Architecture team in the Enterprise Technology and Experience organization is seeking an outstanding Enterprise Architect (Application) to join our team. Enterprise Architecture is composed of Business, Application, Infrastructure, Technology & Design and Security architecture domains. Joining this team will give the Application EA a unique perspective and opportunity to partner with best-in-class architects on enterprise wide technology initiatives.
The Impact:
This role will work with IT and Business stakeholders of business delivery teams, engineers, application operations, product managers, and enterprise stakeholders to help deliver innovative, data-driven systems aimed at transforming the insurance industry. As part of the application architecture team, incumbents may be responsible for any of the following:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and maintain the Technology strategies & roadmap focused on Wealth Management
- Manage a domain(s) of the MassMutual Application Portfolio Management data for quality
- Technical evaluations and benchmarking of core application platforms, frameworks and technologies
- Specification and publication of standards around application design and software engineering best practices
- Thought leadership and active participation in conferences and research with strategic partners and academic institutions
- Partner with business executives and senior architects to identify data and process issues, then provide solution options and recommends options

The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related Technical degree
- 8+ years of related IT Solutions Architecture or Technical Lead experience

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role leads the QC team, coordinates testing and inspections, analyzes data, and implements corrective actions to maintain product excellence and compliance. Role Overview
We are seeking a QA / Quality Engineering Delivery Lead to own end-to-end quality delivery while driving QE transformation and modernization initiatives, including AI-augmented testing and intelligent automation frameworks. This role demands a tool-agnostic automation mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to balance BAU delivery with future-ready QE transformation, leveraging GPT-based testing and AI-led quality practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own quality outcomes across programs, releases, and product lines
- Lead day-to-day BAU QA delivery, including:
- Test planning & execution
- Defect management
- Release validation and go/no-go readiness
- Drive QE assessments and build continuous improvement & transformation roadmaps
- Define and execute modern test automation strategies across:

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 10–14 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
- Proven leadership experience managing QA/QE teams in Agile & DevOps environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, including:
- Selenium, Playwright, Cypress (any one or more)
- Exposure to Tricentis Tosca (preferred but not mandatory)
- Solid experience in:
- API & integration testing
- Test data management
- Defect lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience conducting:
- QE maturity assessments
- Automation ROI analysis
- QE transformation planning
- Ability to manage BAU delivery alongside modernization and innovation initiatives
- Strong Retail domain experience (POS, eCommerce, supply chain, merchandising systems preferred)
AI-Augmented & Intelligent QE (Mandatory Focus)
- Hands-on or leadership experience with AI-driven QE practices, including:

Background
The Innovation Planner will act as the project manager and supply chain lead in processes that are executed in close cooperation with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Category Management and other Supply Chain Functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the innovation project plans from Pre-Start/Kick-off, through to implementation and post launch evaluation. This is achieved through helping to scope the project, defining activities and timings required to ensure capability is in place, and then following up on these timings throughout the project
- Manage the overall project networks, via MS project, coordinate inputs from all functions and hold individuals accountable for the delivery of their activities to ensure the project remains on time
- Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites
- Manage communication with all key project stakeholders and with global and regional innovation planners
- Coordinate required inputs to the business case for the innovation projects in terms of capital expenditure and SCC drivers, working closely with the global Procurement, Finance, Planning and Engineering teams
- Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and new hardware projects, as required to ensure “on time in full” delivery; by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, T&E, Quality and factories
- Co-lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the project timeline
- Support complexity reduction activities and sourcing analysis for the innovation projects, by working closely with Strategic Planning and Finance

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply chain, R&D, Engineering preferred)
- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain (Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics) or in R&D with experience on new product development
- Project management skills (working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office)
- Basic appreciation level of how manufacturing works
- Strong leadership and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decisions
