Key Account Manager – Compressed Air Systems
A growing industrial equipment provider specializing in compressed air and utility systems is seeking a Sales Representative to drive sales growth across a strategic customer base.
This role focuses on developing relationships with industrial customers and delivering compressed air system solutions including compressors, air treatment, and related services. The MEP Systems Engineer will be responsible for the detailed design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and PV systems tailored for modular construction building systems. What You'll Do
- Design and develop integrated MEP systems for our new and existing designs including solar energy systems, including PV and ESS, optimized for prefabricated modular construction
- Ensure that solar and energy storage designs align with overall MEP system functionality and building energy requirements

What We're Looking For

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The primary responsibility of the Account Manager role is to identify, develop, and manage new customer relationships for a specialty chemical services and distribution organization. The individual will be assigned a specific territory and will be accountable for generating new business opportunities as well as maintaining and expanding existing accounts within the designated geographic area. Territory management will be executed in alignment with the established sales and marketing strategy. Required Skills
Technical skills:
- Proficiency with Node, Typescript, and Python.
- Good understanding of system design concepts - distributed systems, reliability/performance tradeoffs
- Experience in API design, implementation, and documentation
- Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Github Copilot, Claude, etc)
- Experience working with CI/CD systems and good DevOps skills a nice to have
- Excellent documentation and testing habits
- Proficiency with version control (Git)

Experience
4-7 years of experience (or equivalent) as a software engineer.
We’re leveling this role to Pave’s “P4” level: Leads project teams, provides direction, and keeps stakeholders informed. Determines key milestones and provides updates and check-ins to relevant teams and partners.
- You are able to work with the rest of the team to:

Specific project experience
